The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Casa sul mare a soli 4 km dal centro di Cefalù ed 1 km da Sant’ Ambrogio. La casa fa parte di un complesso di villette a schiera posizionate a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è tra le più belle ed incontaminate del territorio, caratterizzata da sassi e ghiaia. Il fondale è quasi interamente di sabbia finissima (ma potrebbe cambiare a seconda delle mareggiate) . In poche parole la vera casa sul mare!!!

The Gabbiano accommodation is part of a house divided into three small adjoining apartments, each with its own independent entrance and private garden. The garden leads directly to the beach. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen where you can eat, a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A means of transportation (car or scooter) is essential as the area is not served by public transportation.

Sant'Ambrogio si erge a picco sul mare e gode di una lunghissima spiaggia in ciotoli dove è presente un lido attrezzato con bar e ristorante per ogni necessità. Tassa di soggiorno 2 euro al giorno per i primi 5 giorni a persona da pagare in contanti all'arrivo.

The house is a few kilometers away from Cefalù, near the small village of S. Ambrogio. Surrounded by nature, among olive trees, close to the Madonie Park, the view of the fortress of Cefalù and the islands of the Aeolian archipelago, will enchant you at every hour of the day with the change of colors, passing from the light blue in the morning to the red fire of sunset to the starry blue of the night.
