It is located in the municipality of Cafalú, precisely in the village of Sant'Ambrogio, a short walk from the wonderful public belvedere (you can see it in the first photo) where you can enjoy excellent ice cream and good food. An ideal place for those who want to spend their holidays safely, away from crowded tourist destinations, even if they can be reached in a few minutes.

Esso è costituito da 2 camere da letto ben arredate e corredate, una cucina completamente attrezzata, una zona pranzo con tv e un comodo divano apribile , una lavanderia e un bagno. E' luminoso, climatizzato, ed inoltre, dispone di linea wi fi e di parcheggio gratuito. Si accede alla spiaggia tramite una scalinata di 150 comodi gradini .

Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the holiday home Case Saponara is located in Cefalù. The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

House by the sea, just 4 km from the center of Cefalù and 1 km from Sant'Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of townhouses located just a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled in the area, characterized by pebbles and gravel. The seabed is almost entirely made up of very fine sand (but this could change depending on the storm surges). In short, a true beach house!!!
