An ideal place for those who want to spend their holidays safely, away from crowded tourist destinations, even if they can be reached in a few minutes.

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . In 2021 was built a new and panoramic swimming pool that completes the villa and will make your vacation unforgettable. villa is for 5 guests.

The house is located in a very quiet place on the edge of a small town, suspended between the green of the countryside and the blue of the sea. With an area of about 100 square meters, it has a large living room with two comfortable sofas, a well-equipped kitchen in a single room, two bathrooms with shower and three bedrooms. In front of the house you can enjoy a large garden where there is a table with chairs kissed by the sun from the early hours of the morning ideal for having breakfast.

L appartamento si trova a Sant' Ambrogio, un incantevole borgo a strapiombo sul mare, al primo piano di una palazzina di due piani e dista da Cefalù 4,5 km. Esso è costituito da 2 camere da letto ben arredate e corredate, una cucina completamente attrezzata, una zona pranzo con tv e un comodo divano apribile , una lavanderia e un bagno. House by the sea, just 4 km from the center of Cefalù and 1 km from Sant'Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of townhouses located just a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled in the area, characterized by pebbles and gravel. The seabed is almost entirely made up of very fine sand (but this could change depending on the storm surges). In short, a true beach house!!!

Surrounded by nature, among olive trees, close to the Madonie Park, the view of the fortress of Cefalù and the islands of the Aeolian archipelago, will enchant you at every hour of the day with the change of colors, passing from the light blue in the morning to the red fire of sunset to the starry blue of the night.

Apartment located in the center of a small village just 6 km from Cefalù, great for those looking for relaxation away from the most crowded tourist destinations. Sant'Ambrogio stands high above the sea and has a very long pebble beach with a lido equipped with a bar and restaurant for every need. Tourist tax of 2 euros per day for the first 5 days per person, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
