“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . Saponara Case

Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the holiday home Case Saponara is located in Cefalù. The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Beach house 1

House by the sea, just 4 km from the center of Cefalù and 1 km from Sant'Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of townhouses located just a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled in the area, characterized by pebbles and gravel. The seabed is almost entirely made up of very fine sand (but this could change depending on the storm surges). In short, a true beach house!!!
