We really liked the place. We went with our baby and they also provided us with a cot. Everything was very clean and with new furniture. The heating worked great. As for the parking space, there is a parking lot behind the house. And finally, I'd like to mention that Carmen's husband received us and was very kind and flexible with the departure.

One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in, everything was super clean, Begoña was very nice, she recommended things to do, everything was very clear. The house had all kinds of amenities, I think it's the only place we've been where we can go in and live a normal life without having to go to a supermarket to buy basic things. We'd be delighted to come back another time. PS: He left us 2 umbrellas ☂️ and a parasol in the apartment, ⛱️ which was a luxury, as well as some beach chairs.

Impeccable accommodation very well located in Suances, with all the services nearby, a few steps from a beautiful walk along the banks of Suances for lovers of hiking. The apartment had all the amenities, with welcome details that made us feel at home. They also had a nice touch with my 3-year-old son, which made our stay much more comfortable. Teresa is an excellent host, always looking out for us and giving us a lot of information about places to visit. Without hesitation, we recommend this accommodation, one of the best I have ever stayed in.

We had a very good stay at the Picusa apartment, which is very quiet, clean and in line with the photos. It is well located for visiting Santander (on foot as far as we are concerned) and the best thing is the parking available in the street at the foot of the residence in peace. Marta was very responsive during our various exchanges for the reservation of the apartment.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, Paulino always responded to our doubts and helped us with extras. The location is exceptional and is a quiet neighborhood; the apartment had everything you need to be comfortable for several days with a small child. We'll be back.

10/10 stay in a cozy, quiet and impeccable house. Ramon was very kind and answered all our questions, parking is easy, it is usually free next to the entrance, there is a supermarket under the house, in front of a bar and a bakery. Great price for the stay!

The worst thing about the house is that the sunset only lasts a few minutes. The house is a real spectacle. Very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, the living room-kitchen is an ideal size for all guests. And without a doubt, the terrace is the most special corner of the house. Inma has been attentive and has been a hostess worthy of the house. We'll be back for sure. I can't upload a sunset video. You'll have to go and experience it.

Perfect house with everything you need and the porch and garden of 10. The beds and the sofa are very comfortable. The location between the beaches and the village on a very quiet street in front of the golf course makes it an ideal place to disconnect. The enclosure is totally fenced so it was perfect to have the dog loose and enjoy it as much as we do. The owner has been attentive from the first moment. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.

Spacious apartment in a quiet area. A few minutes by car from Santander, very well located to visit different parts of Cantabria. Carlos was very attentive that we felt comfortable in his apartment.

Gema's flat was perfect for us : very good restaurant with fresh products just on the side, the beach / coast 15mn walking, area very quiet and peaceful and the place is big. Then you have Gema and her son, they are very nice and helpful. If we come back to Santander we will go back there for sure ! Thanks for everything :)

We had a great time at Tomas' apartment. It is well-equipped, has a nice view and is located close to beaches and places to visit. There is also a children's playground downstairs from the building. Tomas welcomed us warmly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Bonus: the bar/restaurant next door is great!
