Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Santander

We had a brilliant stay in Santander. The apartment is well located to access all areas of the city, with a lovely park at the bottom of one side of the hill, and the Funicular into the city on the other. The apartment has everything you need for a short or a long stay, with plenty of bed space. Parking is right outside of the property, but it did seem quite busy in the area, so probably a minor watch out, but we didn't have any problems 👍🏼 Miriam/Pedro were very communicative, with some excellent suggestions on where to eat/drink and visit, and even pointed us towards a couple of adhoc festivals that were taking place in the city while we were there! Thanks for letting us stay, we will hopefully visit again some day! 😊

We would repeat. Good location. The photos match what's there. Easy access. Clean and tidy.

10/10 stay in a cozy, quiet and impeccable house. Ramon was very kind and answered all our questions, parking is easy, it is usually free next to the entrance, there is a supermarket under the house, in front of a bar and a bakery. Great price for the stay!

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely repeat at his house.

Great place to stay. Sergio was a brilliant and responsive host. Beach was so close by with others close driving distance. Pool was amazing and our 1 year old enjoyed the baby pool. No shops in walking distance was the only downside.

Apartment located in a good area near bars supermarkets and a 10-minute walk from the city center, very nice and modern, it stands out for the bathroom, which is really the highlight, access takes only a few minutes the first time but once the process happens, it's a walk, great value for money

I would definitely rent it again! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

What a delightful place to stay! The view is wonderful. The #4 bus which is right outside the door will take you any where you want to go downtown and to the beaches. Very roomy and comfortable. The hosts Marce and Valery will help you with anything you need. I look forward to returning!

The apartment is spacious and bright, and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In a super quiet area, and with parking at the door. We would repeat!

Consuelo is fantastic, pending, friendly, communicative and notice that the accommodation is part of its history. The place is in perfect condition, it's what you see, even more. Quiet, safe area. Very close to Cabárceno Park. A place to come back if you want to disconnect, with all the amenities of your usual home. With easy parking.

The worst thing about the house is that the sunset only lasts a few minutes. The house is a real spectacle. Very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, the living room-kitchen is an ideal size for all guests. And without a doubt, the terrace is the most special corner of the house. Inma has been attentive and has been a hostess worthy of the house. We'll be back for sure. I can't upload a sunset video. You'll have to go and experience it.

Perfect house with everything you need and the porch and garden of 10. The beds and the sofa are very comfortable. The location between the beaches and the village on a very quiet street in front of the golf course makes it an ideal place to disconnect. The enclosure is totally fenced so it was perfect to have the dog loose and enjoy it as much as we do. The owner has been attentive from the first moment. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.

I recently stayed Jesus apartment that exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. We had a great time at Tomas' apartment. It is well-equipped, has a nice view and is located close to beaches and places to visit. There is also a children's playground downstairs from the building. Tomas welcomed us warmly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Bonus: the bar/restaurant next door is great!

Catherine's apartment is a haven of peace and tranquility. The views from the lounge windows are worth the price alone. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the place has everything you'd need for a long stay. The Usil beach is a 2/3 min walk while the beautiful Liencres dunes, which can be seen from the window, are around. 10 min drive away. All-in-all the apartment is ideally placed to enjoy not just the immediate area but the whole of the Costa Quebrada Geopark too.

we had a wonderful week in Ruts apartment, it was absolutely lovely to wake up to the view we had every morning. Rut was a fabulous host who was very attentive and gave great recommendations for things to do and excellent restaurants to eat in. She even got us a kettle, which we really appreciated being British and wanting our cup of tea in the morning. weather was mixed but the area is beautiful and the beach views stunning.
