Condo holiday rentals in Sant'Antioco

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto quello che potrebbe servire in una vacanza al mare. Non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare molto lo spazio esterno perché faceva molto caldo ed è effettivamente piuttosto piccolo, ma la posizione vicinissima al centro è stata comoda per raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e altre attrattive del paese.

Alloggio in ottima posizione, tranquillo e vicinissimo al centro e alla spiaggia. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Da Franca siamo stati molto bene. L'alloggio è molto fornito, dagli oggetti per la cucina a quelli per la spiaggia e prodotti per la cura intima. Tutto perfettamente funzionante e pulito, la signora Franca è stata sempre molto disponibile e cordiale, esaudendo le nostre richieste. La posizione è comoda se si vuole esplorare la parte sud della Sardegna con il proprio veicolo , c'è anche un parcheggio ampio a due passi sempre libero. Super consigliato!

Casa immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto e di più, non mi è mai capitato di trovare un alloggio così completo; dal Wi-Fi, televisore, lavanderia, zona relax con amache sotto la pineta. Antonio e Tina persone splendide, disponibili e gentilissime. Ci siamo fermati due settimane e alla fine della prima Tina ci ha portato le lenzuola per il cambio. Non posso terminare senza nominare Edipo, il loro cane da coccole e grattini Se dovessimo tornare in zona sicuramente torneremo a Calasetta. Consigliatissimo

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, da wir von der Familie von Patrizia sehr freundlich empfangen und mit zahlreichen Informationen versorgt wurden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Wohnung und hatten sehr viel Platz. Über der Wohnung befindet sich ein weiteres Apartment. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, so dass zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.

L’appartement est impeccable. Très propre et très bien équipé. Digne d’un 5 étoiles ⭐️ Le logement aussi est aussi bien situé (les meilleures plages sont à 15/20 minutes en voiture) Nous avons été bien accueilli par la Maman de Mateo qui nous a recommandé les meilleurs restaurants et plages à proximité.

Apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed to feel like home. Host is very responsive and helpful, Federica went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. She recommended a lot of places in the area. For us it was the perfect location because Calasetta is a small town where you can make groceries by foot and there’s a lot of places to eat, while it’s also very calm and quiet. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Toller Aufenthalt im Herzen von Sant Antioco

Huset är väldigt fint, stort och rymligt. Allt välstädat och skinande rent när vi kom. Väldigt välutrustat kök. Utsikten från balkongerna är bedårande. Värdinnan var hela tiden hjälpsam och snabb att svara om vi hade några frågor. Väldigt fina vandringsleder precis vid huset, om vi inte själva var så tidiga på morgonen kunde vi se vandrare precis vid vägen nedanför balkongen. Vi hade en liten strand för oss själva rakt nedanför huset. Krävde en kort men utmanande vandring dit, men det gjorde ingenting. På kort avstånd hade vi flera stränder, grottor och annat kul att göra och se. Tack för en härlig vecka i april 2025 /Rikard

Il soggiorno da Claudia è stato impeccabile. Gli host sono stati molto disponibili nell’ accogliere le mie richieste di modifica, a causa di imprevisti dell’ultimo minuto. Consiglio a chiunque voglia andare alla scoperta di Sant’Antioco di soggiornare qua! Inoltre, in casa c’è una bacheca con varie proposte di attività da fare in loco (un’idea molto gradita)! La veranda è molto comoda e ben tenuta!

Appartement très confortable, équipé à neuf, joliment décoré, conforme à la description, accès direct à pied au chemin de ballade avec point de vue. hôte très sympathique, code de boîte à clef par whatshap. Parking voiture devant appartement pratique. juste dommage que dans toute la ville il y a de nombreuses maisons avec chenils, avec des chiens parfois qui aboient la nuit. Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles.

Purtroppo Raffaella non l'abbiamo conosciuta, ma è stata ugualmente presente per le nostre richieste. L'alloggio è in una posizione ottima soprattutto la sera in quanto è in alto rispetto al paese e beneficia del piacevole venticello. Si può mangiare sul tavolo nel giardino, è solo un po' scomodo rispetto alla cucina, ma il posto ne vale la pena.Mancano sono due sedie sdraio. È a 5 minuti dal centro e con il parcheggio sotto casa.

appartamento comodo e con ampi spazi sito in posizione tranquilla per quanto riguarda il paesino ma in posizione strategica per visitare spiagge e paesini, abbiamo molto apprezzato le indicazioni turistiche che prontamente Corrado ci ha fornito (spiagge ristoranti siti) bellissima vacanza posti stupendi . Ottimo soggiorno di 2 notti. Alloggio piccolino ma funzionale situato in un punto strategico ottimale. Completa la disponibilità di un servizio cucina soddisfacente.

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

We had a fantastic stay at Laura's apartment in the heart of old town! The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants (Zenith) and charming streets. Laura's hospitality, communication and generosity were exceptional; she helped us to get deeper into Sardinian culture and traditions. Laura presented us delicious Easter desserts and organized to see a unique Easter procession on Good Friday. The apartment itself is comfortable and uniquely designed, making it a lovely retreat after exploring the area. I highly recommend Laura as a host—her attention to detail and kindness made my stay truly memorable. I can’t wait to return in 2 weeks! Thank you, Laura!

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

l'alloggio di Veronica si distingue per la quantità e la qualità della dotazione in generale, cucina, biancheria, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. la lavastoviglie è un plus, molto gradito. il patio è perfetto per chi ama vivere all'aperto, le tendine sottili per la privacy sono perfette. il tendone che copre il cortiletto tiene fuori un po di calore. la posizione in altura rende difficile andare al mare a piedi se non si ha una buona gamba ma porta spesso una gradevole brezza, impagabile. la vista sulla laguna è splendida, il parcheggio, praticamente davanti a casa, spesso all'ombra di un pino. che dire poi della zona, strepitosa per le spiagge bianche e una vegetazione ricca e selvaggia. spero davvero di poter tornare!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht. Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber, extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sowohl Check-in wie auch Check-out waren unglaublich flexibel und reibungslos. Kann es jedem empfehlen!

Habe Patrizia nie persönlich getroffen, sie reagierte allerdings schnell auf Fragen und Probleme. Die Anweisungen für das Check-in waren klar und ausführlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Bett bequem. Es war ruhig und der Ausblick traumhaft schön. In der Nähe hat es schöne Strände. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen und ein Fahrzeug dringend zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, um selber kochen zu können. Hatte Probleme mit dem WLAN, Patrizia hat aber schnell darauf reagiert und es wieder zum funktionieren gebracht. Danke Patrizia!

Logement super, lieu top, hôtes très accueillants ! Audrey propose un appartement très très mignon, propre, dans un endroit calme. Il y’a également à disposition un parasol, des chaises pour la plage et même des jeux pour enfants! Un petit cadeau de bienvenu nous attendait à notre arrivée ! Audrey et son mari sont d’une très grande gentillesse, nous avons eu un petit problème de fourmis (problème connu sur l’île, ce n’est en aucun cas la faute des hôtes!!!) , mais Audrey et son mari ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien ! Ils se sont même déplacés dans l’appartement pour tenter de trouver une solution pour se débarrasser de ses fourmis…. Nous recommandons ce logement (aussi pour une petite famille c’est vraiment vraiment super)!

Logement conforme à la description et hôte très réactif. c'est un peu loin de la mer, mais un peu de marche pour profiter des jolies plages, ne fait pas de mal. Et les très bon restaurants du coin, qu'il faut réserver assez tôt (!) vous permettront de récupérer les calories dépensées. Un bon plan!
