Holiday rentals with breakfast in Santo André

Very comfortable place, I spent the whole month of February, everything like this one in the photos, Adeline always kind and ready to take the doubts, the very tasty house, I was able to study without any noise problem, recommend it and if I need to go back to Barueri, that's where I'm going, thank you.

The overall experience was great! The high point were the homemakers (especially Lu): they cook very well, keep the house impeccable, support any inconvenience and always available to give indications. In addition, Karina has quickly and accurately resolved pre-hosting questions. The photos live up to the place, it really is quite spacious, bright and clean. The house is in an extremely exclusive and safe place, close to the beach of São Pedro e das Conchas. The beach is paradisiac. Negative points: it is indispensable to be with the car, because the distances are very large (for the beach there is a free van service that is very worth it!), in addition, the wi-fi is very intermittent and hindered in some moments where we had to connect for work.

I am very grateful to Claudio and Mariana for the excellent stay we had. The accommodation corresponded exactly as described in the listing, very comfortable and very well equipped. Hosts always responded with agility and courtesy. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

I've stayed at the hotel before, and I only stay elsewhere if there are no vacancies available in it. I love the rooms, the maids are super attentive and all the staff are perfect, polite. Two great restaurants inside the hotel, and very good breakfast.

The accommodation is hotel style, the checkin was done directly with the receptionist, we were able to leave the luggage there and take our tour without worrying. The receptionist was extremely friendly, the only problem we had was the delay in answering the questions in the airb chat, however, they could be clarified by calling the google phone of the building (I discovered there in the listing) I recommend it too much, the accommodation is very close to São Paulo, easy to find, it was clean, it was all nice. Very near subway station I'm definitely going back. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent accommodation for those who want to work in the Jabaquara or blue line region. The apartment is well equipped with what is necessary to spend several days with the comfort and style of a simple life. It is worth mentioning an excellent host and an excellent person!!! The region has several restaurants of different types and easy access to the subway (Conceição station 10 minutes' walk), which makes it possible to go to places much further away. Estádia was great, hotel very well located, parking is worth it for convenience and safety. We were very well served from checkin to checkout, and in all the times we need, the breakfast is very good with plenty of options. I will come back more often for sure!
