Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Santo André

The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was perfect and communication with Víctor was excellent. 100% recommended!

It was one of the best accommodations I've ever made! The house not only matches the listing but delivery even more. Kitchen and leisure area super-equipped, clean and organized. Super clean bathrooms, impeccable linens and bathrooms. Standout for the homemakers who were very kind, friendly, attentive and discreet, at no time did they take away our privacy. Comfortable, beautiful space, catering very well to groups who just want to stay, rest or use the house for meetings. Everything worked very well without any incident or unforeseen event. No doubt I will stay again and are more than recommended!

I really like this place; I love the location. It's my second time here, and I appreciate both the place and its neighborhood. For someone like me, who prefers a slightly quiet and remote area close to a metro, it's perfect. The host is responsive and available, and I'm glad we connected on this trip. I will be back!

Denis's place is perfect! Espaçosa, with several environments that allow integration and at the same time privacy, has a wonderful outdoor area with the pool next to the ranch to enjoy with friends. Denis and Renata have welcomed us very well and were very flexible with our departure time, which was essential for our stay to be completed successfully. We saw many monkeys and jacutingas feeding on the surrounding trees, which has a beautiful nature and in addition, it is very safe, quiet and with silence for those who seek rest and tranquility. Perfect stay, communication with Alexandre is great, great host The house is rustic, I really liked the decor, it has a delicious wooded backyard where we ate our meals. It is airy, well lit nor does it look like it is in such a central region of SP. We were 7 guests and has a good place to stay for everyone Cleaning note 10. I highly recommend it!

Great apartment, central & very walkable. The market is literally downstairs. The front desk people -at check in and during our week stay -are kind helpful & very friendly people. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and good shower. We truly enjoyed!

The apartment is new, well furnished, clean and safe. Nearby subway station. Gustavo was very attentive and helpful. Certainly, returning to São Paulo is a great option to stay.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment and will surely book it again! The apartment is as described and located in a nice condo building, with security and great facilities like gym, rooftop, lounge and laundry. The apartment has all the basic things one may need and is close to almost everything! Mini-grocery is right at the front of the building and very close to train station. Ubers are quick to come by as well. I like that the apartment has a balcony too! Close to bars and restaurants too. Security in the building is superb! Most of all, I appreciate Rodrigo's kindness, hospitality and responsiveness. He made my stay really welcoming and was always there for questions. Very flexible and understanding and he gave clear instructions. I was happy to have met him personally even at the last day (thanks for the gift)! I can't wait to come visit SP and book this place again for sure.

Easy check in and communication. The place is very beautiful and super clean. It was very cold when I went and the duvet was very warm. I had a problem that the shower didn't heat up, the hostess offered me the caretaker to check but I was in a hurry, I believe it's not a recurring issue. Outdoing it, it was a great experience.

We had a wonderful weekend, well welcomed, by the homemakers. Place as the photos of the ad, very clean and well organized td. Even without the sun, we were able to have fun, as the space is wide. Praá who want to enjoy with family or friends,I recommend 100%. We are sure to be back soon.

A review of: A great find if you don't have a lot of noise issues. Veracidade: the place is identical to the photos, very green around, super open hut, space with grass, in the days we stayed sun and it was a delight! Structure: we did like, breakfasts and had all the basics that was needed. Room: comfortable, ok! Location: super easy to reach, accessibility of uber and saw buses passing in front: Noise: as I mentioned in the previous point, there are buses passing in front, the wall of the house is facing the avenue so yes, unfortunately there is constant noise. General: Still I found a great option I would love muuuuito if it were quieter, but this is it, the place is great, the surroundings are noisy, overlapping sound box, sometimes I will come back yes only in the moments that I am seeking escape not only from the grey of SP but also from the noise, they were super attentive during the stay and also with checkin and checkout.

The house is all good, wonderful, spacious and cozy environments, huge pool, has a green area, you are awakened by birdsong, with huge trees, delicious shade to throw a treadmill and take a nap or read a good book. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe, the concierge staff very efficient and polite. Gustavo is a gentleman, proactive and always willing to help with anything. Amamos and certainly in addition to returning, I recommend.

A place of healing, inner silence and expansion! The care of D. is remarkable. Júlia with every corner of the space. We had the company of docile animals, birds, lots of nature and various activities that Vila Verde provides. The cottage we stayed in is fully equipped, it even has an air fryer and all the kitchen utensils. We are delighted, D. Júlia is very attentive, generous and helpful. The hut is exactly like in the pictures. Well reserved, very quiet and great place to relax. The house is well equipped, and the whirlpool is wonderful. The nearest market is a bit far away, so I would recommend taking everything you need. The bad part was having to leave, I will definitely return in the future.

The cabin is beautiful, private and super safe. The streets are very bumpy and there are a lot of hills, the ideal is to go by car if you want to go for a walk, but we went by Uber and it worked out great. We went to our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience, the view is beautiful, the bed is super comfortable, the TV huge, the outdoor area is a grace (and during the day the trees and walls around them are full of monkeys and squirrels), the fire pit very easy to light, the food from the restaurants delivered by ifood are of the best quality and arrive very fast. Leandro was very attentive and the instructions were very clear, and as he said, to return by Uber is a little difficult, but we were lucky to find a very nice driver on the way and who brought us back as well.
