Great place, photos are accurate, clean and close to a lot of great places.

Apel 7 has been one of my favorite towers in the DR, but being in this apartment has put it on my list of favorites. A 10 out of 10.

As super hosts, we highly appreciated the quality of Etienne's apartment: is spotless and very well-equipped, with nothing missing! It is at the best location in the colonial city, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the sites of interest within walking distance; at the same time, it's VERY quiet for sleeping. We’ll definitely stay here on every visit to Santo Domingo. Como super hosts, apreciamos altamente la calidad del apartamento de Etienne: es impecable y está muy bien equipado, no falta nada! Está en la mejor ubicación en la ciudad colonial, con restaurantes, super, farmacias y los lugares de interés, para visitar a pie; al mismo tiempo es MUY silencioso para dormir. Definitivamente nos alojaremos aquí en cada visita a Santo Domingo.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb in Naco. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops, transportation, and restaurants. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and how peaceful the space felt after a long day out. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naco! Would definitely stay here again.

Responsive host, perfect location, unit was beautiful and it was fun looking out the big windows. The restaurants walking distance were also wonderful.

It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is super decorated and well maintained, all the appliances are new and work perfectly, the air conditioning is perfect, and it has a generator, in case of a power outage in the sector. About the host, I can tell you that she has 1000 stars in communication and customer service, 100% support during your stay in any situation that arises, while you are staying at her airbnb. Perfect location, close to all the malls and entertainment centers in Santo Domingo. If I return to the Dominican Republic, I would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Very beautiful house, very safe location next to many things to do at night. Very responsive host. Very beautiful plants and a beautiful mango tree right outside. We will deff be back and book this place again!

I was happy to visit Mr. Keny's house again because it suit me in location, size and amenities. The owner of the house took great care to ensure that the guests were comfortable during our stay. It was very clean inside. As always, there is everything we needed. For me it is always a reliable place to spend a weekend in the city.

Jenci was extremely informative. Very responsive. His home was beautiful! Definitely the perfect home to stay in.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

large beautiful apartment in good location

This listing is amazing. I loved every minute spent there. The parking was secure and easy to find, the rooms were stunning, and the kitchen had everything needed in order to cook. Its very cozy and perfect for sleeping in. Everyone was very responsive and there for me when I needed something. I loved the location as well, close to Boca Chica and close to the airport. The supermarket is also very close by as well.

Everything went well and the host was always available. He provided extra sheets and was friendly and kind. Apartment is close to everything and super spacious. Recommend!
