Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

Amalia Apartment

The Amalia apartment has an entrance hall with a dining area, a sofa and a 32 "flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and a washing machine is also present. In the bedroom there is a French double bed with a memory-foam mattress, a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables. On request it is possible to fit a cot for small children to be placed in the room or in the living room.There is a nice small terrace with a table where tou can eat and spend time comfortably.

Large 120-square-meter apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the Deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

Twin House 2 is a large 1960s apartment that has been totally modernized while maintaining the vintage charm of stone floors and colorful rooms. It consists of two independent two-room apartments: Twin 1 and Twin 2. All amenities are in the neighborhood, from the supermarket to restaurants, to sea-view bars for breakfast or for an aperitif at sunset. The rooms are cozy and perfectly equipped.
