On the third floor of the building (no elevator) on two levels: living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The walls, with the characteristic exposed stone, are original, and the floors are "antiqued"; the furniture design is contemporary. The market is 5 minutes away, public parking is 300/350 meters away, and buses to the airport and beaches are 200 meters away.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Delightful, recently renovated two-room apartment in a very central location in the historic center, a stone's throw from the wonderful Alghero seafront overlooking the open sea with a view of the magnificent Capo Caccia promontory.
