The renowned beaches of the coast of Oristano and Bosa are only 30 kilometers away; after a day at the beach, you can enjoy the silence and the cool night.

The house is located on two floors, offers a wonderful view of the salt flats and is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. It consists of a living room with kitchen of about 55 square meters, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Outside you will find an equipped patio and relaxation area on the lawn. BBQ grill, comfortable armchairs, lounge chairs at your disposal for relaxation. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi is working in all rooms.

The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
