Good information about the location and the interior space. All necessary utensils were available. It's not a house/apartment, it's a home. A lot of affection and furniture as we have in our homes. Near the center of Capivari, you can go on foot, it goes up and down, but it's good for the legs. The investment and the affection of all the support were worth it.

Gisele and Vera were lovely people. Super attentive and receptive, they welcomed us very well. Definitely the best stay in Campos do Jordão, in a super easy to access location, a very beautiful landscape and, on a trip with a baby (mainly) this is definitely the best choice to stay. You set an excellent example of how to welcome guests :)

Extremely comfortable space, accommodated 5 people well, it was exactly as in the listing images and well according to the description for all amenities and items. Communication with Karen was super smooth, she was always very kind and attentive. Every year I return to Campos do Jordão since 2022, next time if it is available I would definitely stay again in this loft that for my family and I was amazing.

We had an amazing time in Mr. Fernando's apartment! Very pleasant environment, prepared in the smallest details, from the cordial reception of the caretaker Reginaldo to the wine and coffee capsules provided by the host. Therefore, I recommend it to everyone looking for a place with a perfect location, structured, clean and cozy. We'll be back soon!

Wonderful accommodation, everything very clean and organized, clean and cozy bed and bath linens. They respond quickly and are helpful, including responding to our request to change the single beds to a double. Very smooth check-in, no time restrictions, and all instructions were very detailed. The path to the apartment has streets with many curves and narrow streets, but because it is a city with mountains it is acceptable, in the outskirts of the neighborhood it is very quiet and there is no snack bar, the nearest place is the main avenue that we take about 10 minutes by car to get there.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful, super well-equipped and cozy, and even more beautiful than in the photos! Township was missing absolutely nothing we needed. The kitchen has all the utensils, the rooms are well cared for and the cleaning was impeccable. The location is also excellent, just 10 minutes from downtown Capivari, which made the tours much easier. One detail that made all the difference was the heated floor, perfect for the coldest days in Campos do Jordão. We were very grateful for the flexibility in the checkout time on Sunday, as there were no guests checking in on the same day. This allowed us to calmly enjoy our last moment in the house. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

Rose was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made all the difference in our experience. We spent 2 very pleasant days there. The house is well equipped, with two rooms with heaters and electric showers, one inside the bedroom and the other in the shared bathroom. The structure comfortably accommodates up to five people. The beds are comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets available, and we were able to rest very well, even with the cold of the city. I had to wash some clothes during the stay, and Rose kindly provided us with a washer and dryer, which made it much easier! Note: when using the showers simultaneously, you cannot turn on 2 at the same time, the light switch drops, but this was just a technical and workable detail that did not affect our overall experience. I highly recommend the accommodation! The house is comfortable and the view from there is wonderful, only the hills that we were scared to climb to get to the house because we are not used to it lol

Excellent home and host. The property has a perfect location, away from the noise but close to the center, with a delicious atmosphere and a balcony that on winter days has a delicious sun at the end of the day. I highly recommend it. Both the owner and the housekeeper are always very helpful. I highly recommend it.

Very complete apartment, clean and very tasteful environment, with heating that makes all the difference to the place. Very clean blankets, sheets and towels. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need for your stay. The strongest point is being very close to the capybara and at the same time being in a very quiet and peaceful place. Cintia is very helpful and always solving our doubts. In short, if you are looking for a place to stay in Campos, this is THE PLACE.

Nicolas' cordiality and dedication is spectacular and unique. The apartment is very cozy and welcoming. Everything was perfect and wonderful as stated here. The stay at Mr. Manuel's apartment was excellent. The place is extremely clean, organized, everything working and very comfortable. Location is great, it is close to the center. The two parking spaces are also a differential. The condominium is very organized and beautiful, employees are educated and sympathetic. we will definitely return.
