The location is good, close to the carrefour market, Barigui park shopping and Barigui park. To go walking is a little distant, but from uber it takes about 5/7 minutes. The apartment is cozy, well equipped, has a smart TV with streams, hairdryer, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, fridge, pots and utensils (I listed here the items I used). The balcony is great for drying the towel on the available floor clothes. The gym is well equipped and with a beautiful view. The staff and host were very attentive. Points of attention/improvement: - The bathroom is small, but answers. The sink is tight and uncomfortable to use. - In the box there is no support for soap, shampoo etc. which makes it difficult a little in the bath. Towel support is loose, so if you pull the towel, without holding it, it falls. In addition, the stay was great and it met my needs. Thanks, Your Judas.

Mauro’s place is very well located- across from an upscale mall and nearby to several parks. It’s in walking distance of the city center, very near half a dozen bus stops. The kitchen was well equipped, washer/dryer (so important when you are traveling!). The security for the building is excellent. Mauro was both a responsive and helpful host. He has been very generously helping us recover some items we left behind. I can’t say how grateful we are.

The apartment was clean and organized. Very quiet place, we were well received by the building staff. Willian is very attentive and responds quickly.

You should edit the photos in the app, because the place is much better and more beautiful than in the photos! It exceeded expectations.

Spacious and cozy property. It has a clothes dryer. Entrance to São Lourenço park on the corner, plus a huge swing in a tree in front of the house. Space to store two passenger cars. I highly recommend it! We had three children and we all enjoyed the place a lot.

Residential and very quiet neighbourhood. Jucelia was super flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. The house is very spacious and we were able to enjoy our stay in curitiba!

Other very good, beautiful and numerous utensils - Sala: very good and comfortable - Bathrooms: one of the bathrooms does not have much privacy, as it is for the kitchen. The second bathroom, in the suite, also has a privacy problem, as the window for the third bathroom. Outside this issue, excellent apartment, both in terms of amenities and location.
