The apartment is great. Well located, close to the center and local shops. The space is very good, very spacious and comfortable, as well as airy and with plenty of natural lighting. Very complete with many kitchen utensils, washing machine, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, among other things. Our family was very well, we felt at home.

The building is beautiful and the location is perfect. The apartment is super comfortable. Communication with Gabriela was excellent. It has everything you need and more. Supermarket, restaurant and pharmacy very close. I especially thank the porters, they are very attentive and helped us in many things. 100% recommended. I'm sure we'll be back.

The stay was great. The apartment had everything we needed, the condo is great, especially for those who go with children, the heated pool made all the difference. In the surroundings you will find everything, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, etc. We need for two to request some things and we were answered promptly. I recommend it!

We were greeted by Osmar, who was very helpful and friendly, showed us the accommodations and made himself available to help with anything. Tatiana responded quickly to all questions and requests. We felt at home in the space, very cozy, bright, great energy in the place. Neighborhood very calm and quiet. We will definitely return at another time.

I felt really comfortable in this accommodation, the house is so beautiful and has a lot of space. The kitchen is a good size and the rooms are the same. It's nice to go out on the balcony and see the view of the surroundings. Marilene is flexible, and responds to messages quickly. The location of the accommodation is ideal. It's not that hard to walk downtown, although it's 2 km or so. There are oil companies, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Spacious and cozy property. It has a clothes dryer. Entrance to São Lourenço park on the corner, plus a huge swing in a tree in front of the house. Space to store two passenger cars. I highly recommend it! We had three children and we all enjoyed the place a lot.

Apartment identical to the photos, very organized, cozy, very good location, impeccable building structure, good bed, wonderful shower (very hot water, the way I like it). However, I would like to highlight a negative point: the fact that the exhaust fan in the bathroom turns on automatically when the light is turned on, making a very loud noise (it is not possible to turn it on only when necessary). But in general, I liked it a lot and recommend it.

The space was the same as the photos, everything was organized and clean! The bonuses for the dishes and glasses for wine and sparkling wine (excellent) the cost benefit is great and Gabriela is a sweetheart, I was very well served! For me this was not a problem but I think it is valid to comment that the apartment is close to the train, this did not hinder my stay but I think it is pertinent to comment.

Other very good, beautiful and numerous utensils - Sala: very good and comfortable - Bathrooms: one of the bathrooms does not have much privacy, as it is for the kitchen. The second bathroom, in the suite, also has a privacy problem, as the window for the third bathroom. Outside this issue, excellent apartment, both in terms of amenities and location. I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

We loved our stay at Jardim Botânico apartment! The host Adilson always responds quickly and clarifies doubts. Everything was great and I can say: I highly recommend this place! 🤩
