Laercio's house exceeded all expectations, the environments are great, well equipped and the rooms extremely comfortable. The pool/barbecue area is great, as is the condominium, which has great areas for walking and enjoying. I highly recommend going with your family, it will certainly be a place I will return to. And finally, the host was always available to help with what was needed, great experience!!!

Wonderful stay! I went with my family and everyone loved it! Everything perfect, well-lined beds, left towels and sheets neatly clean. Geyse was extremely wonderful, whenever we needed it would respond super fast and help us in whatever it took. The house is wonderful! We'll come back more often!

The house is well-maintained, the kitchen is well-equipped and the rooms are comfortable. The leisure area is a differential with the pool integrated with the house. We walked to the neighborhood beach, which is a few meters from the house. Bia's (the person who takes care of the accommodation) attention was excellent, whenever we needed it we had quick and effective answers.

We spent a few days accommodated in this comfortable house. We had a great experience. Both Elías and "Galego" were very attentive and helpful, always answering questions quickly and providing tips for better use of the stay. The house is impeccable in terms of utensils, furniture and cleanliness. The pool is always clean and the layout is a PLUS to enjoy with the family. Gratitude for the excellent opportunity. The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures, it is in a gated condominium with 24-hour porter and accepts animals. The host is very attentive and easy to communicate. I recommend it.

Wonderful stay! It left nothing to be desired, wonderful space,everything clean and organized. The house has everything in the kitchen. Pertinho do centro,mercadinho,and etc.

What we most loved about our stay was Risia's kindness and communication. The house is amazing, very spacious, airy, bedrooms and large bathrooms. It has basic items and is very well taken care of. Risia always answered us at the time, answering questions, guiding and making himself available. It was a great experience!

Well located and very close to Maceió beach. The host is a great person and help with tips and quick to respond. The house has all the kitchen utensils and is quite comfortable, it was a wonderful experience the stay.

We spend excellent days in the house. They have air conditioning in all 4 suites, and even in the living room/kitchen, essential for the city of São Miguel which, because it is quite hot there are mosquitoes. But the whole air-conditioned structure of the house makes this aspect of the city not a problem for what is in the house. We all liked it too much and would definitely come back. Daniel was also attentive to the time of entry and exit, meeting all our demands, and always responded quickly at whats. All note 10!

The Emir was super attentive from check-in to checkout, made available to help and indicate places along with Barbara, impeccable stay, private environment, comfortable beds and super clean toilets. In the heat take an extra fan because on more drowned days the ceiling alone is not enough and always leave the doors of the room ajar to circulate wind. The house is super safe and we did not have problems with mosquitoes or other insects even though we have a lot of plant in the accommodation. Super recommend and would come back again and again.

Casa de miguel is a space of those who you are left without words to describe the location is right in the center and the amenities of the accommodation are perfect, a decoration and an impeccable comfort. The cleanliness of the place was unmatched equally to the comfort. As the hosts say the place describes itself as Baluarte (under the protection of angels) peace is indescribable, no doubt I will return again soon!
