The apartment is very well located, close to bars, restaurants, markets and general routine facilities. The subway and Paulista Avenue are nearby, with a short walk of no more than 10 minutes. The condominium staff are very kind, as is the host Rita, with whom communication was quick, attentive and very easy. I recommend and will be back!!

Finally, Flavia and Luiz are splendid hosts, they are always attentive to make sure you don't miss anything and give you recommendations near the area and tourist attractions of Sao Paulo. I'd come back without thinking!

Guilherme's apartment was simply perfect! Had everything I needed for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The swimming pool was amazing, great for relaxing, and the super well-equipped gym. In addition, the location is excellent, with nearby restaurants that made the routine much easier. Without a doubt, it was the best AirBnB I've ever stayed at! The price is super worth it for what the apartment offers, and the ad is 100% true to reality – the photos match exactly what I found on arrival. The apartment has all possible amenities, providing an impeccable experience. I highly recommend it!

Aline's apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The view is amazing and the pool and deck area is incredible. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Its also close to the metro station and easy to get to Pinheiros bars and restaurants. Aline is a great host also

Simply, we love it! All as described in the description. Paulo, a sweetheart, left the check in and check out flexible, for us who were with children was great. The house is exactly the same as the photos. We received it very clean. The super-equipped kitchen with pans and utensils of all kinds. Super quiet enclosed condominium. The beach is more familiar and is a delight. The staff are all friendly and pro-active. Surroundings with markets, bakeries and restaurants. I highly recommend it! We had a problem with the air, which was quickly solved by Dalton. I will return more often for sure!

By far the best host I've ever met on the platform, I've never felt so at home and accommodated. I went with a group of friends to get to know São Paulo and the experience was amazing. My friends and I love tranquility, and sincerely the accommodation doesn't even look like São Paulo (this is a haha compliment) - very quiet, if only the birds are heard. Perfect place to get out, enjoy the city, come back and be able to rest with a lot of peace. Note 1000!

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

The Best Place To Stay In Santos

A wonderful place to stay in São Paulo! A lovely area and amazing apartment with everything you could want for a long or short stay. Jamie was very responsive and helpful at every stage!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super comfortable, with amazing beds and air conditioning in all rooms, which made all the difference. The house is very well equipped, it has everything we need for a quiet and hassle-free season. The barbecue on the balcony is excellent, we had a great time there! The beach area is impeccable, with a great structure and condominium staff who are always helpful and friendly. A special highlight for the condominium's ice machine, which was super useful for cooling the drink from the cooler we took to the sand. No doubt an experience to repeat! I recommend with my eyes closed.
