The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well cared for, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to locate and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to return more often. A thousand stars.

Always very well received in Caio's accommodations! The accommodation is great! Safe building. Close to the market, pharmacy, restaurants, Avenida Paulista, shopping mall and others!

Accommodation was a real find! A gem. We felt at home, comfortable. Everything was impeccable, it was a wonderful place that we enjoyed with great zeal and affection. Jacuzzi/bathtub working perfectly. Contact with Tom and his partners is always fast and efficient. Very close to the Santa Cruz Shopping Metro. Great option for couples who are traveling and want a wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful place, all the necessary items available, organized, clean and beautiful decoration, super quiet check-in, easy access to delivery services, Cíntia is always very helpful, responds quickly and clearly. The second-floor room gave us the feeling of being in another environment, something like a cabin/chalet. We love the space and want to return soon. The only addendum is regarding the privacy of the jacuzzi, it would be interesting if there was a way to make it more private when it is a guest option, but nothing that disqualifies the space. A 10, especially since I was asked to date in this wonderful place. 🥰

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run freely on the grass outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

The house is delicious, the location is otima!! Marina is very accessible, it has helped us a lot with some questions we needed!! And hiring Claudia was essential, she is great, it helps very, very helpful and makes a delicious meal!! It's worth hiring it to compel the experience!!

The location is great and you can walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet. The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as in the photos: very comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. I highly recommend the house for those who want to enjoy the coast of SP with comfort and practicality.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

Always very attentive, helpful and quick to respond, she made us feel welcome from the first contact. Your kindness and availability made the experience even more special. Those were days of true rest and tranquility. The house provided us with so much comfort that we hardly felt like leaving. My stay was great! The apartment is super cozy, exactly as in the photos, very clean and well maintained. The entire team was very attentive from start to finish, always available to help with whatever was needed. A special highlight was the kindness of allowing me to store my suitcase even after check-out, which made all the difference on my last day. I would definitely come back!

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Anahy was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. The apartment is wonderful and has an incredible view. The layettes are great, she makes everything available.
