Our experience was simply exceptional! From the time of arrival, we realize the care and attention to detail that makes all the difference. The location is great, allowing easy access to points of interest, with a safe and pleasant environment to explore the region. The house has exceeded our expectations! The spaces are large, well decorated and very cozy, providing the ideal balance between comfort and functionality. Everything was neatly clean and well organized, demonstrating a high standard of care and hospitality. The quality of the accommodations and the sense of well-being we had during the stay made us feel truly at home. Another point that deserves to be highlighted is the attention and professionalism of the host, which was extremely helpful and available whenever necessary. Definitely, it's definitely a place we recommend with your eyes closed! We can't wait to go back and live that experience again.

Deixo two comments: regarding the cleaning of the kitchen cabinets and barbecue area, both with a lot of insect and spider web. And the showers, even turning on the circuit breaker, the temperature became lukewarm for ice cream. In addition, the stay was wonderful. We'll be back!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, clean, organized, large pool with great depth. We had cleaning in the pool every day. Full kitchen, all rooms have air conditioning, all rooms with fans. The house is in a very quiet part of the condominium, no noise, no mess. Fátima responded to us quickly, very attentive, it was super flexible with checkout, we will definitely come back more often.

The house is great, large, well furnished and equipped. All very clean with high quality sheets and towels. The condominium is equipped with a swimming pool, full gym and courts. The condominium's security is another highlight. The condominium is part of the Jequitimar Hotel complex, so we were able to take advantage of the hotel's beach structure (suns, chairs, towels, etc.) in addition to the hotel's pools. The host is attentive and quick to answer questions. Spotless experience. Highly recommend.

Excellent choice in Morada da Praia. The house is quite spacious and super well maintained. The pool and barbecue area are great for family integration. I was there in Jan/25, and as the sun hits the pool all day, the water is at a very pleasant temperature. Anyway... I hope to return!!!

Beautiful place, beautiful house too. Quiet environment, close to nature and impeccable interior decor. The access was a bit complicated, the streets nearby and the condominium itself are very damaged and with huge holes, low cars suffer a lot or do not pass. At the gatehouse they did not know to guide us which of the streets was the house. Subjects: The air-conditioning only has in one bedroom and in the living room, put in the others, it would be great… For those who go in order to leave the jet at the pier, it is bad, it does not have external protections so that when making waves it does not damage by hitting the structure, if it put tires or protection proper to the pier, it would be perfect. Space bounding buoia would also help a lot. It does not have many kitchen utensils, it would be cool if it had a blender for example. The house itself is extremely comfortable to spend the days.

Our stay at Arminda's place was wonderful! From the first contact, she was very helpful and flexible. In person, the presentation of the house was even more friendly and willing to help with whatever it took. Your place is very nice, you have fully accommodated everyone, and you have impeccable cleanliness. The open area with the pool and the small orchard below entertained us a lot during our days. We plan to come back!

I also thank Alessandra and Mr. Paulo, who welcomed us with great affection, answering all questions promptly and giving all possible information. The house is beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, wonderful pool, everything very well taken care of! What I liked the most was the privacy and the silence... everything conveys the peace needed for a few days in paradise. Although my tim cell phone had no signal, nor did I care about it, since I took the opportunity to disconnect a few days! If I could give any suggestions it would be air conditioning and wi-fi supply, but only to make the perfect one better! I thank you in the heart and surely get the taste of wanting more! I highly recommend it!

The amazing local district, the condominium is wonderful, it looks like a club. The staff are extremely friendly. The ease of being close to the beach was a positive point, especially with children. The beach is very quiet, we spend incredible days.
