What a perfect place!! It is close to everything (market, pharmacy, McDonald's, beach in a few meters and much more). The host was always helpful in answering questions when needed! We will definitely return!

Excellent accommodation, complete with everything you need for a great stay. Safe, with great service from the doormen. Super tidy and clean environment! We were very well received and check-in was quick and uncomplicated. The view is simply wonderful — I spent hours admiring it! Ciomara is a lovely person, always attentive, responded quickly and even gave us great tips for tours. We really enjoyed the experience and we are sure we will be back!

Very friendly host, very well cared for accommodation, clean and easy access (location). The condominium has a mini market so you don't have to go to the center of the beach. Covered parking, but you have to cross the street due to the structure of the place. The apartment is cozy and clean, the kitchen has everything you need, bathroom and clean bed linen.

Well, Andrea and Rita were extremely helpful and attentive, they gave me hints of places. The region is very beautiful, the building is quiet, and the people who live there are very solitary. One of the important things I would like to point out is that: the apartment is identical to that of the photo, very organized and clean. Andrea was very cool: she had the prerogative that, on my last Airbnb, the host rated me very badly because of my dogs. Andrea was a little afraid, which I understand, the other woman said so badly... I could too, I spent 15 days on her Airbnb and I didn't clean it. There were a lot of hairs — it's normal, any pet loose hairs — and where they pee, it smells, so you always need a good cleaning. But even so, Andrea accepted the reservation and preferred to give me a vote of confidence. I've been in over 40 Airbnbs with my dogs, and I only had a problem in a place where they didn't like pets, and then a complaint came. But with Andrea it was different, and I kept AP clean.

I recommend this stay without doubt, Vitor and his wife were very attentive, the house is identical to the photo, all organized and clean, close to market, Mc Donalds and close to the beach, an environment to feel at home. Vitor has given us several tips of restaurants and places to stroll through the night. I highly recommend, just go!!

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

We are always greeted with great affection by D.Sonia, a wonderful person, full of light. The house is getting better and better, and everything works perfectly ! Property well located, close to markets, bakery, pharmacy , kiosks and snack bars. Every time we return, it will always be in D.sonia that we will stay.

Excellent stay! The house is very spacious, comfortable and well structured. It is a few meters from the main avenue, with an Assaí Market practically next door, which makes it very easy. The hosts, Neia and Rico, were extremely helpful, quick to respond and very kind. I recommend it.

Upon arriving at the apartment, I found a clean, organized and cozy place. The dining table was set with cups for coffee, and there were complimentary espresso capsules in the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. In the bedroom, there were washed and packed face and bath towels, as well as a blanket. The view from this place is incredible, truly cinematic. The neighborhood is safe and is next to Santos, providing many walks and places to visit. Communication with them was clear from check-in to checkout, they pay attention to answering questions. I'll definitely come back more often

Very good location, I liked that it is right in front of the beach. The building has a vintage atmosphere that contrasts with modern details such as the digital lock on the door. Super nice and quiet, I highly recommend it.

Utilidade publica: for those with Pet, the Millionaires beach allows the entrance of a pet. It's close to the apto and I went there every day.
