Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the center of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, and excursions.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. My house is found in the heart of Sappada close to many restaurants and shops. In winter the park Nevelandia and the ski-school are easily attainable afoot. My house is particularly proper for families with children. At only 50 meters you will find a big free parking lot. You will fall in love with Sappada and her naturalistic hiking runs, with the authentic charm that every angle gives to its guests, with the emotions that you will feel.
