Cala Deia. Best views in Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Our stay was great from start to finish. It was our first holiday with our 5 month old and family and it couldn’t have gone better. This home was truly a home away from home. When we arrived Joan and his wife greeted us upon arrival to show us around and left us some food / drinks which was great as we hadn’t stopped at the shop from the airport. The villa was even more beautiful in person than the pictures and had such a homely feel to it. Everyone had a comfortable stay and enough room to ourselves too. The village is a little walk away but had some lovely restaurants + the shops were only 5 min drive away which was great. The location is perfect as it’s not too far from anywhere by car and is very accessible but would definitely recommend hiring a car when staying here :) We will definitely be returning and already speaking about making plans for next year! We all miss the villa already!

We had a very pleasant stay. The Villa ist even more beautiful than shown in the Photos, I would say! Especially the pool and the surroundings are very nice, the view and the quite surroundings where my personal favourite. Although the Airport and El Arenal are very close, we did not hear any Party noise or noise resulting from the airplanes. We were travelling with six adults and six kids. We were glad that the pool area could be closed with a fence which is a perfect solution for toddler safety. A car is mandatory because in the neighbourhood there are no shops or restaurants to be found. But it is a perfect staring point to explore the Island. We defitivley consider coming back next year.😊

I had a really great stay here. For my first solo trip and first trip without my kids I really enjoyed staying here. It was really quiet and peaceful and exactly what I needed. She greeted me as I got in and was always so nice and pleasant. Always offered me coffee and or something to eat. I came home one day and I told her I was hot and soon after she came and gave me a bowl of ice cream to cool me down which I thought was really thoughtful and sweet. The cat cuddles were a plus. The location was also ideal because it was 5 mins or less from the main bus stops, 20 min walk from the cathedral and 25-30 min walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. I definitely would stay here again.
