Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saraphi District

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Location was great, the whole building is very nice and properly serviced. Multiple restaurants, shops and services around. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Condo itself was clean, well equipped and in good standard. Wassana was very helpful through our time here, always responding quickly and supporting our stay. She also helped us greatly when we had some health issues and needed to adjust our stay. Overall, great experience, great value for money and a pleasant experience.

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Had a lovely stay at Cindy’s condo. It was nice and spacious, and even had a washing machine which was very handy. The highlight for us was the gym on the top floor - we used it every day. Nice to come back to such good aircon after walking around the city.

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

It was a very good stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. There is a proper desk to work at. The location is great - quiet street and multiple cafes are nearby. I also appreciated that the host was flexible with my check-out time.

To celebrate the New Year, my family gathered in Chiang Mai and stayed at Joy and Joerg’s Airbnb, which was the perfect spot for our reunion. In August, I visited their place in advance, and they kindly showed me around, sharing tips on relaxation, cooking, and massages. In December, the house comfortably accommodated everyone in separate bedrooms. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in hammocks, and having a barbecue with fresh meat and vegetables. Their delicious Thai dishes, with separate chili and non-chili plates, were perfect for our family’s preferences. Despite minor issues like rental car trouble and a family member falling ill, Joy and Joerg provided excellent support and advice. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we left with cherished memories.

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

We are a family of 5, and Nuttpusson's place was perfect. It was exactly as she described! Her communication and assistance were awesome. We would stay here again and recommend families to stay here also!

This is my second stay at Tatum’s place so I knew what to expect. Everything is clean usable on in the villages really nice close to restaurants and 7-Eleven. Everything you need is right there and the bikes or an extra.

Had a great stay at this location! Beautiful and extremely authentic feel. Great location with walking distances to many restaurants and attractions. Went during peak season so keep in mind the houses are made of wood and temperatures can reach up to +40 some days and can get toasty but bedrooms do have A/C and fans. Host is extremely reliable and made sure we were extremely well taken care of. Even offered us a choice of house upon arrival and even offered again to switch us if we felt the other suite was colder. Provided us with lots of recommendations of activities. Super private location just blocks away from the heart of the city!

I had a great time for 2 months; fully equipped kitchen, everything present to make the stay pleasant. Drinking water will be delivered to order at a bizarre low price. Washing machines and dryer on the ground floor but I went to a laundry shop around the corner. Behind the building, off the main road, is a nice typical Thai neighborhood where I have walked wonderfully through the winding streets

Beautiful property and very good hosts. They have a great restaurant on site as well. The property is a little away from the town so it is very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay.

Had a great stay at the condo! Our family with younger children was a bit loud and some neighbors complained, but other than that had a wonderful stay! Felt right at home the entire time, Jin was a wonderful host and very reaponsive!

Amber’s place was absolutely beautiful! It was on the top floor of the condominium and had sweeping views of Chiang Mai. The place was super clean and was very stylish. The mattress and comforter in the bedroom were sooo comfortable - some of the best I have slept on! The bedroom was beautifulyy decorated with very nice paintings and gorgeous lamps and pillows. Amber was an amazing host and was super responsive and had great communication. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and even went the extra mile and paid for a grab to take me to the airport. If you want an amazing place to stay that is very comfortable, stylish with amazing hospitality from a great host - please book this place when you visit Chiang Mai :) I highly recommend it, thank you Amber!

The landlord is really very nice, the car is also very convenient, the house is very clean, very cozy, the location is also very good, the location is also very close to everywhere, it is also very close to the airport, suitable for short and long stays are very good, I don't want to leave, I will definitely go again next time.

If you want to feel yourself deeply surrounded by palms and flourish nature listen to just the sound of Thai birds, this is an amazing place where to stay. Despite of the apartments are old but fascinated wooden houses, they were incredibly clean. We haven’t seen a single beatle or cockroaches. Eventually, the swimming pool is a touch of your dreaming staying.

We enjoyed our stay at Amy’s. It was clean and spacious. It was in a quiet area with a beautiful garden area. Amy was incredible responsive and helpful any time we had a question or needed something. I would recommend staying at Amy’s place!

A very pleasant and comfortable stay, Naran country folk style, full wooden structure, has always been a dream.The environment is elegant and quiet, hygienic, and can run around.The food is also nice, the hotel offers bicycles, the surroundings are suitable for riding, lots of monuments.

This is a beautiful and quite place, just looks like the picture shows. The staffs are very friendly here, just one thing need to be improved, the hot water is not stable, feel a bit cold during shower
