Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Saraphi District

Delightful and clean place we would recommend to anyone. Just the location is out of everything, so you don't have food without a car and you won't even walk around the shops, anyway it's worth the peace.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for family size accommodation with great facilities (they have a superb gym). We also really liked the location on a safe and secure complex with an excellent little family run coffee shop/restaurant just 5 minutes walk away.

The villa was just great and beautiful, Kevin offered us a spotless stay and we had nothing to complain about.

Bill was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. He was thoughtful and helpful and very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. He had water and extra supplies such as toilet paper, washing powder etc which was really helpful, especially being out of town. There was a gym, which Bill recommended, within walking distance too. We were a group of 9 who stayed for nearly 3 weeks and we were very comfortable- the house is spacious and had everything we needed. The only issue we sometimes had was we had to wait a bit longer find grab. I would suggest using grab for getting home from town as songtau drivers/ taxis outside of grab had trouble finding the location. Using the ‘plus code’ on google maps was the most accurate for finding the accomodation. The community the house is in was lovely, the neighbours were friendly and would stop for a chat or to drop off some fruit etc. FYI; You have to pay for power, for us it cost us an average of an extra 255baht per night.

Za is one of the most helpful host ever!! She introduced a lot of local activities and spots to visit, and also helped us to rent a car.

The overall experience of this homestay in Chiang Mai is very good.The room is large, the modern style is very textured, very comfortable to stay, suitable for people who like quiet and design. The pool was one of the highlights, it was large enough and the water was clean.Whether it's sunning during the day or relaxing at night, it's great. The location is also very convenient, about 10 minutes from the airport, to Central Mall, and the old city and Chiang Mai University are also very close.There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, walk to 7-11 300 meters, and a two-minute drive to Makro and Big C, shopping for food is quite convenient. The facilities are also fully equipped, the kitchen, washing machine, oven are all, suitable for a few days to experience life slowly. Friendly hosts, great communication, also gave quite a few local recommendations, which overall felt reassuring.

If you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t do this home justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Craig’s home is beautifully decorated. You can tell he put so much thought into every part of the home. It’s filled with beautiful antique furniture. Located in a neighborhood that is walking distance to a 7/11 and restaurants. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee overlooking the ping river. The pool was also very refreshing after a long day of exploring. The energy in this home is unmatched. I was always in a state of calmness. We instantly felt at home. Craig and his staff constantly checked in, assuring we had everything needed. I wouldn’t change a thing! This was our first time in Thailand and won’t be the last. Craig made this trip so memorable. Craig, thank you so much! Your kindness and generosity is so very much appreciated. I can’t wait to come back and visit!

It is lovely and comfortable house. Our group enjoy on our staying. Amazing price for private pool. Location is easy to find with google maps. Have village security but you need to get host key card first. Overall is happy with this pool villa.

I cannot easily say how amazing this stay was for our group of seven. The amenities and location were stunning. The host was so kind and took care of everything we possibly needed and even more so. They took such amazing care of us our entire trip. We will absolutely be back. Easy to get around with the location, but the villa was so amazing that we hardly wanted to leave. I can’t say enough how wonderful this location was and how excited we are to stay again on our next trip to Chiang Mai!

If you want to feel at peace in Chiang Mai, there is no better place than here. The house is spacious, and you can go around the garden and pool freely, and cute dog friends are always welcome. There is a distance in the city, but it doesn't matter if I ride a grab, and in my case, I had to take a taxi early in the morning, but Urs and lek kindly helped me. Both hosts are free to communicate in English and they always asked me about my condition and trip, just that I’m not good at speaking English! It was really good enough to visit for the second time, and I was really happy to make good memories with them again. Thank you so much, Urs and Lek! You're the best hosts❣️

The house is very big and luxurious, the host was warm and kind, the response was very timely, solving various problems, and also helped us introduce a rental car for a day trip to Chiang Rai.We stayed for three days and were happy that the location was a little off, perfect if we had a car.

One of the nicest stays we have been to this holiday. It's a bit expensive but you really get 100% value for money because the space is beautiful! Very large and incredibly friendly staff. The associated restaurant is incredibly beautiful and the view is unprecedented

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! amazing stay high up in the hills of ChiangMai with incredible views! there isn't a lot to do here, which makes for a great peaceful retreat.

Jintana was extremely helpful and made our stay great! They even set up a projector screen in our cabin for us!
