This is your second time to stay here, one month at a time, especially good, a few minutes walk from the night market, Chiang Mai is the best in the world.The host and kind, the house, this price is so beautiful, do you need to say anything else?

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

Unfortunately, we had a great time too little. The hosts are two very pleasant people, always willing to chat and help you with everything. The super cute room furnished with Thai furniture, clean and comfortable bed. But what makes the difference is the warmth of the hosts. I hope to see you again!

Great value place. Location is amazing. Very close to Chiang Mai gate and night markets. You can easily get to other locations by scooter or grab. There is scooter rental around the corner. Rooms are decent, I stayed for 1 month and it was adequate if you’re looking for something reasonably priced without facilities like pool or gym.

I loved this cottage! It is literally right around the corner from Sunshine massage school and has an excellent coffee shop right at the corner. Also an excellent pad thai/basil fried rice place just around the corner. A 7-11 is also within walking distance. As with many home stays in the area, you will need to pay for your electric in addition to the price of your stay. It is very reasonable, like 10 or $15 a week, even during hot times when you are running the air conditioner almost full-time. Prin can help order drinking water. He offered me lots of cool recommendations for things to do and places to go in the area. This place was great! Cozy and quiet. Little outdoor kitchen, indoor desk, and a small fridge. Very dependable Wi-Fi. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

Contacted online in advance, the host picked us up at the airport, very smooth and convenient, the room is very clean and tidy, the host sent 2 bottles of water every day, very thoughtful.I borrowed a bicycle from the landlord, and 2 days later I rented a model car. The landlord gave me a place to park and the keys. The landlord was very friendly, but these feelings disappeared on the last day. I felt that the landlady's smile disappeared, and she urged me to leave when it was not time. I was packing my suitcase, and the landlady was going to help me carry my suitcase outside to pack. It was hot outside, like a stove. After I said that it was not time, she did not insist on me going out.I just packed up and moved out of here, and it's not even 12 o'clock.

Alan and Ping were very flexible when my plans changed suddenly. I felt really welcome there and they had all facilies that i would have needed and also picked my up from the airport. The beginning of my trip had been aweful so it felt really good to meet such nice people after that, really appreaciated. only problem for me personally was the location and surroundings that didnt meet my preferences.

We loved the place - the rooms very pleasant clean, the beds are big and comfortable. All was neat, in place and arranged the deco wooden and white very beautiful ❤️ The kitchen equipped plus washing machine. The neighbours are cute they have a little veggie fruit shop and very good restaurants just 3 min walk away. The hosts super friendly, helpful and responsive Thank you 🙏🏼😊

Highly recommend - Great location: It is on a quiet side street about 15 minute easy walk into the center area of Old Town and about a 20 minute walk to Warorot Market area. Next door is a local convenient store where you can get water and snacks. Cute coffee shop, Ma-Chill Coffee, 3 minute walk around the corner. Great view: the rooms are bright and airy with beautiful views of the mountain. Clean with amenities: The room, linens and bathroom were very clean with water kettle, refrigerator, shampoo, soap, etc. I will stay again when in Chiang Mai. Overall a lovely place.

We loved it! Extremely friendly staff, large house with air conditioning, good beds, hot shower in all rooms, plenty of space... thoughtful staff, rice cooker and ready stovetop. Perfect pool at sunset and absolutely beautiful place among mango trees, rice fields, frangipani … quiet and only 20 min from Chiang Mai. Thank you! If we are lucky enough to come back, we will come see you for sure!!!!

The accommodation offered by Thapanee is the best I have occupied so far for the ones I have already expressed with the stars, the value for money, the location 15km from the center of ChiangMai yde, the calm and tranquility in a semi rural environment but with convenience stores and an open-air food market 500m away so quickly accessible on foot or by bike for free offered by the host with also motorcycles that I do not use, there were some unwanted dog barking during the day and night very usual in this region of the World but also the few passages of planes coming or going to ChiangMai International Airport as secondary negative points, the villa was in the middle of nature surrounded by trees where you could hear birds of all kinds during the day and night especially in the morning, it is especially important to note the help and response to all requests and requests by the co-host Wittawat Thapanee's cousin, a very cool guy

Stayed here for a day but had a really great stay! The check in process is very simple as there is reception to help you (even after hours if you let them know in advance). The place is full of beautiful plants as seen in pictures and is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and public transport to attraction sites. The room we got was clean and had all the amenities mentioned. Would recommend this place to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a good time there! I can recommend this stay, we felt like at home. Zeph knows much about the Thai culture.

The place is an absolute DELIGHT 200 out of 100 for the House 300 out of 100 for the host I got an amazingly clean room, with a superb pink interior.i got full access to the kitchen. Dogs & cats in the house are super friendly. Place is just 10 from the main Chiang Mai old town, nicely connected to a beautiful road. For people who love peace this property is a real gem. Host was always thr to help me whenever I needed. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. don't look at the price just book this property, it is worth more. Must visit place for INDIANS. special thanks to the host for Chinese dinner, everything about the house is just superb she is definitely not posting rooms on AIR BNB for money, she is doing this just to make good friends.

It's really amazing, brand new villa, the host is super beautiful, the service is also very thoughtful, I really like this huge swimming pool, there is also a huge stereo, highly recommended, very comfortable stay!Their pictures are not very good, the villa is actually so beautiful, the one I took is what it looks like🥰

Grandma's house is actually your own home, if you are pursuing hotel-grade services and amenities, it is not recommended, but if you want to experience the cost-effective and cultural life closer to the local people, it will be a good choice, the price per person 50rmb for one night can be said to be very cheap, drinks are provided in the refrigerator, coffee and butter toast in the kitchen, all are free.Both grandmothers and their three puppies are very welcoming and will give you a feeling of coming home.The view from the yard is beautiful, it combines the wood and green view very well and it's like being in a cabin in the woods. Things to note: 1. Before you go, remember to prepare toothbrush, toothpaste and towels in advance, only bath towels, shampoo, shower gel are provided in the homestay. 2. There are many greenery around the lobby, and there is a small water pool with fish, so there will be mosquitoes, if you want to sit and rest in the hall, ask your grandmother in advance about mosquito spray.

the host lady is amazingly kind my flight has been cancelled, so i explain my situation to her the next day she willing to give me another room without charging when i arrived, this facility is very clean, everything was organised. host ready willing to help me for anything i've never had such a hospitality like this before. very good location highly recommended

In Chiang Mai, it was originally because of the language problem, but also saw Nui's house was very distinctive, so it was intentionally booked for two nights.The room is very clean, there is a simple breakfast, and we experience the slow life of the locals.The hostess was very welcoming and asked about our itinerary and gave some helpful tips.It was already over 7pm on the day we got there, and it was still very patient to tell us where we could have dinner.

Rice Barn and Rooms is indeed a home away from home for my family and i. We had an amazing experience from the moment we were picked up from the airport to the day we departed. Al and Nok are more than superhosts who made us feel at home, and shared truly wonderful recommendations that allowed us to experience true Chiang Mai gems. Rice Barnes and Rooms is clearly build and managed with loads of love and creativity inspiring and inducing serenity, peace, and we have clearly left a piece of our hearts back there.

Excellent stay- for sure this will be our go-to place when in Chiang Mai. Our room was spacious, clean and had plenty of wardrobe space to organize and put away our things. I work online (involving video calls) and the internet was always fast and never went away. The shower water temperature is stable and gets very hot! The bed was super comfortable with nice soft, clean linens. There aren't too many rooms so it's never too crowded- definitely not a party/hostel vibe, but still friendly. At night there is a restaurant on site! Also there's a common kitchen you can use, as well as a full size fridge. Laundry services are available on site. Staying here just feels like staying in someone's home- you feel cared for and just at peace. The hosts are always there for you and there are a few resident cats too! The surrounding area is super walkable with plenty of great restaurants and shops. Maya center is an easy 20 minute walk away, or a cheap Grab taxi ride.

Excellent location- ideal for Nimman and old town, but suuuper quiet building and street. Amy was extremely helpful with advice on transport to her place, as well as finding events and activities that she thought would interest me. Super friendly and welcoming, and her two staff are both excellent.
