Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Sarasota Beach

I've had many Airbnb stays-- this is at the top of my list of favorites! We could not have had a better experience! Location is fantastic-- quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown, park. The unit was beautiful, well appointed, full of amenities, comfy beds. Fantastic layout, laundry room is super convenient! Gorgeous back yard with private pool and hot tub. They have all you need for a day at the beach. There is so much attention to detail, I could not mention it all here! RENT THE GOLF CART! This was the highlight of my nephew's trip. :) It's SO much fun to ride around town, and so convenient! Tim was so gracious upon our arrival-- he took time to orient us to everything, took us for a ride to show us where everything is around town. He was super responsive, and just delightful to talk with. We felt right at home. We made friends with the family in the other unit and had a great time with them; we are keeping in touch! We can't wait to go back to Tim & Corinna's place!

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

This place was incredible. Clean, amazing location, great accommodating host. Rex replied quickly each time. Me and my girlfriend had one of the best vacations here. We appreciate the memories. Thank you so much!

Communication from the time I placed the reservation was easy. Brandon responded to my inquiries and questions promptly. The property is lovely and conveniently located in Pass a Grille. We loved our stay and will certainly consider this location in the future.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Location is fabulous, so close to some of the finest beaches and restaurants in Florida. The condo was meticulously clean, beautifully and practically furnished, and well-stocked —clearly every single detail was well thought out. The furnishings are so comfortable that it was better than being home. You almost don’t want to leave, but there is so much to do in Sarasota that an extended stay is definitely the way to go. To top it off, owners are perhaps the most responsive, considerate, and friendly people we have ever liaised with. They replied promptly and always thoughtfully answered any questions and while offering many helpful suggestions. An absolutely wonderful place that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Everything about the place was amazing! Beautiful surroundings, plenty for us to relax and do right on the property. Absolutely stunning! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Photos don’t do it justice. The host was very kind and welcoming. Everything felt so much like we were home. I would stay here all the time if I could!

Caitlyn's home is amazing! It is extremely clean and has everything you need. Well furnished and exactly what the pictures show. We stayed with 3 children ranging from 1-9 years of age and it accomodated everything we needed for the stay. Everything from a high chair and playpen. Lots of extra towels, kitchen and bathroom supplies and everything you need for the beach as well. Perfect location as it is near highly rated local cuisine and also 5 minute drive to downtown and a few minutes drive to Lido Key and Siesta Key beach. The pool and gym and other amenities were great and were always clean. Very private and quiet ambience and the security to get in makes the property extremely safe. Caitlyn is always ready to respond to any inquiries and made communication so easy from check in to check out. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return in the future. Thank you Caitlyn for being a wonderful host! Our family had an amazing vacation! 🌅☺️

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house is exactly as described and it is SO spacious. It’s only 7 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and when you go, it has plenty of parking and amenities. Also, Joshua responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We had a fabulous time! We felt right at home. The house was pristine with new appliances, comfortable beds, and a modern aesthetic. Definitely the best house in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and took advantage of the beaches nearby. Thank you Eddie and Vanessa for sharing this place!

What a beautiful home! It had all the comforts and convenience of being home. Jane was very responsive to any questions we had.

I’m not sure what to say first about Milena’s space. There are multiple items jockeying for the #1 reason to book this property. - Her space is about as centrally located as it gets. Sarasota is a bit spread out. Her home is about 15 minutes from anywhere you’d want to go - Siesta Key, downtown, Lido Key, etc. Also a Publix is just up the road. Also not a bad drive down to Venice if you’re into that - appx 30 minutes for that. - The outdoor space is immaculate. Can hang in the shade on the couch. Lounge on the chairs in the sun. Or relax in the mini salt water pool. It is a beautiful space. - Game room is a neat place to hang out in when you want to mix it up. - House layout is great for a family / multiple couples. Primary bedroom on one side. 2 other bedrooms on the other. With kitchen / dining room / living room separating them. - House has everything you need for the beach as far as equipment. - Milena is awesome

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The check in was seamless plenty of space for parking, and Sam was very responsive to any questions I sent via the app .We loved all the amazing amenities like the ping-pong table, open living room space, and the variety of board games and cards. The pool temperature was nice and comfortable in the outside was very clean. We would’ve loved if the jacuzzi jets functioned however they were still under repair. Sam was able to warm up the Jacuzzi temperature for us though, giving us nice hot water. The only thing we noticed was it took quite a while for the master bathroom to heat up for showers due to the distance from the water heater. we had to let the water run for quite some time, and even then it didn’t get as hot as the rooms on the other side. Other than that we loved the space!

Randy was extremely responsive and helpful! This house is beautiful and exactly what pictures show! I would definitely recommend to anyone! The only thing I was looking forward to but did not research enough, was more restaurants along the walking path on the River but has nothing to do with the house/host. Thank you, Randy!

This was our first time to AMI , and This place was the ideal place for a family! It was central to anywhere. The kids loved the pool while my husband loved having the ability to get in the boat and go fish any time of day. The house was absolutely beautiful, master bedroom had the best view of everything and gorgeous sunrise windows to drink coffee every morning. It was hard to get me to leave. We can’t wait to come back here , Christy was beyond helpful and always very responsive when I had questions. Thank you for such a great week to unwind and enjoy our family .

Michael’s place was absolutely as advertised! Believe the pictures. What you see is what you’ll get. It was impeccably clean and in great condition. The pool and jacuzzi were nice to relax in during the evening. The kitchen was well equipped. We prepared quite a few meals there. We had 8 adults in the house and all were comfortable. Michael and Rueben were very responsive. We had a couple questions and they provided answers within a minute of us asking. Great experience!

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

We had a wonderful week in MIchele's unit. There were no surprises! The condo was immaculate and modern. Michele was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The check in instructions were excellent. Seeing a bottle of prosecco with two chilled glasses in the fridge was such a nice surprise! The location was outstanding, with Saint Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota being just minutes away. We also loved the nearby restaurants that Michele recommended. Each room has a large screen tv with Roku loaded with a number of active streaming channels. The water view from the balcony was great, and parking couldn't have been easier in the reserved spot. We arrived without having had a chance to go shopping, and it was so nice that there were cold waters and sodas in the fridge, and plenty of coffee k-cups on the counter. We would definitely stay with Michele again. She was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

Highly recommend! Condo is clean, great amenities and location is close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!

I've stayed at many AirBnbs and this place was probably my favorite. The Apt was well decorated and my wife and I felt very comfortable in it. The amenities in the complex was great, especially the dog park. It was a very friendly community in a great location. This would be my first choice if/when I come back to Sarasota.
