Vecchio Corso, Romantic and vintage style apartment in the heart of the city

Follow the lines of this finely renovated late 1800s apartment. Among the swaying and sloping lines, you will find comfort in a quiet and romantic atmosphere. We are at the beginning of a very quiet pedestrian area, but a step away from the nightlife. Find parking in V. Palabanda, in Corso V. E., in V. Tigellio, in V. Sant'Ignazio, V.le Merello and V.le Trieste. On the blue lines parking is charged from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, on the white lines it is free. The OLD COSRO is located in a very quiet pedestrian area, but with the comfort that in a few meters you will be in the center of the Cagliari nightlife. It isa very nice and quiet apartment, where you can spend a relaxing holiday, without being disturbed by the noise of the city. It is located on the first floor of the building, and is spread over two floors. On the first floor we find the living room with the large kitchen super equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, induction hob. Also on the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower. Going up to the second floor we have two double rooms, one of which has a private bathroom in the room with shower. Throughout the apartment there is parquet and air conditioning/heating in every environment. Guests have access to the entire apartment and the laundry space (where they will also find detergents, linen, ironing board and ironing board), which is located on the landing and which is in common with another apartment always owned by us. My guests will be able to contact me at any time and for any need, I will be happy to be of help and to meet them. The apartment is located in a very quiet pedestrian area, close to excellent restaurants and cafes. From here it is very convenient to reach the Roman Amphitheatre, the Botanical Garden and the walls of the bastion of Saint Remy, located in the Castello district. At 100 m is the bus stop 1, which in a short time will take you around the city. A 5-minute walk you reach Piazza Matteotti, where there is the terminus of several buses, including the PF and the PQ, which in a few minutes will take you to the Poetto beach. Also in Piazza Matteotti, there is the train station that connects the city to the airport in less than 15 minutes; There is also the terminus of the ARST coaches, with which you can reach Villasimius . Although the house is in a pedestrian area, there is easy parking in the surrounding areas, more specifically: Corso Vittorio Emanuele(last stretch), Via Palabanda, Via Sant'Ignazio, Viale Morello. Or there are parking areas at the station or in Via San Paolo a few minutes walk.

Everything is as described. Apartment located a few meters from the beautiful beaches and shops. Fairly comfortable double bed, early check-in without problems. Mrs. Marina Elena, always very courteous and helpful for anything, fulfilled all our requests. She also provided us with everything we needed for the beach, even the beach towels (very useful for those who travel by plane like us). We really appreciated the beautiful basket of fruit and wine that we found in the house when we arrived.

My family and I had a wonderful 12 days. Melissa welcomed us with kindness and friendliness. The house is located in a beautiful residential area of Pula. Great location to reach the beautiful beaches of the south coast. Downtown Pula is a 10-minute walk. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets around the house. The nearest beach (Nora is only 4 minutes away by car or 15 minutes walk) The house is well furnished, equipped with every service and comfort, as described in the listing. The large terrace has allowed us to eat outdoors and relax. Parking is available inside the property. Beautiful vacation and thank you very much to Melissa. We will definitely be back

The place was very nice. We spent two weeks there with our kids. Of course, the proximity of the beach was great. 200 meters reachable by a small road. The area on Capo Testa is a dream, great for hiking with beautiful coves. However, you have to keep in mind that the road to the property is quite narrow, only accessible by a very small car. The garbage disposal unfortunately does not work well on Capo Testa, our garbage was often not picked up and we had to take it to Santa Teresa to the garbage dump. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place.

We had an amazing time into this house. The only things I may mention are: - the lack of coffee machine (just one very tiny Italian coffee moka) but nothing very bad here :) - And the owner should check about the gaz hob that is getting very old and do not work fully, so we had hard time trying to cook. Except these points, the flat is perfect spot for family vacations.
