Articulated on two levels, it has a bright living room, divided between a dining area and a living room, overlooking the panoramic terrace and the swimming pool, a modern and equipped kitchen from which you can access the outdoor dining area, sheltered and with a barbecue area. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one double, one single and a bathroom with shower. On the lower basement floor there is a comfortable TV area, a bathroom with shower and laundry room.
