It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The property is located in a quiet location in the center of Sarstedt. The train station is 5 minutes walk away and offers several connections per hour: - Hannover (12 min.) - Messe/Laatzen (6 min.) - Hannover Airport (37 min.) - Hildesheim Hbf (12 min.).
