I stayed at Minas place over a lemans weekend, its extremely close to the tram to the track. Surrounded by great restaraunts that Mina helped us pick as well, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived

Gaelle was fantastic from start to finish. Extremely helpful and friendly. We were visiting for the Le Mans 24 hr race and her home was just the perfect location, about 15 minute walk to the track. Clean tidy and more than comfortable for all 4 of us. We really would recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to book again for the same reasons.

We had a great time at this second apartment in Alexis and perfect as the first . It is not only very spacious and bright, but also perfectly equipped — everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests. I stayed for the 24 hours of Le Mans race, and this was a great location, close to the tram and only a few stops to the track.

Superb stay in Le Mans, both for the spectacle of the 24H technical checks and thanks to Jean-Louis, our exceptional host. From the booking to our departure, everything was perfect. Jean-Louis is punctual, welcoming, generous, and very accommodating: for example, he allowed us to leave our car in the garage almost a day longer, which was very appreciable during a short stay. The apartment, ideally located in the center of Le Mans, is perfectly equipped — nothing is missing — and we found it more spacious than the photos suggested. In short: an impeccable host, a comfortable accommodation with garage in the heart of the city… What more could you ask for?

Ideally located accommodation. Everything is on foot (bakery, market on Saturday, caterer, etc.) large parking lot in front of the accommodation on the ground floor. Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!
