Located 25 minutes from the entrance to Le Mans (add 20 minutes for the circuit, GP, 24 Hours of Le Mans). Access to a heated swimming pool shared with several cottages (Period mid-April to early October)

You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² cottage open since 2021, ideally located by the Loir and about 3 km from the La Flèche Zoo. The property can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The gite, the swimming pool, and all outside areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You do not share the pool with the owners or with other vacationers. The entire property is not overlooked.
