Good place for relax. The room is very clean. There is a stylish pool here to enjoy.

They arrived in June 2015 with their wife and grandson(3 people), they say in the rainy season. The rains were 3 times in almost 12 days and then at night, it was very hot,although it was cloudy during the day but they managed to burn out (very carefully). Konstantin organized a transfer from the airport. We were met at the airport( thanks to the driver and our guide Dima) were delivered to the place. Konstantin (the host) greeted us hospitably,escorted us to the house ,which everything was missing immediately. The house in which we were accommodated was just wonderful (3 floors, 3 bedrooms, all the amenities(washing machine ) huge hall,kitchen (you can cook yourself or go to "Tuk Tuk" to eat or have dinner in the city ) Although before that we booked the apartment, for us it was of course a gift. It turned out that the apartment was occupied,but even this is for the best. The apartment is also very good but much smaller. Very quiet, thesea is nearby,nice clean pool . If you are traveling with a child, then he will not be bored there,many children of Russians, you can go for a walk on the territory (everything is guarded,someone else will not pass). Tours can be ordered everywhere in the city (we turned to Dima and he took us wherever we wanted, of course for "baht" ). Everything is inexpensive,fruits are on every corner. Very tasty food in the fish market is not far from the cottage, 3 stops on "Tuk Tuk" In general, probably next year there is also a companion..

Great room~ Taking photos is also amazing, with a strong sense of comfort, and the bed and pillow are also very comfortable~I fell asleep just by diving in haha~

To be honest, for the first time staying in a hotel so good value for money, the room is spacious and fully equipped with special convenience to use.The beddings are new, all kinds of disposable toiletries, much more comfortable than those hotels.

I wish there's a floater to use. Anyway... overall the place is so cozy and our kids love it. One of our favorite accommodation in Pattaya.

Really good, the house is in a great location, right next to Pattaya Beach, it is much better value for money than staying in a hotel next door, clean and hygienic, easy to get around, to Pattaya Soi 6 (ideal for boys), Bar Street Walking Street Night Market, these places are also very convenient, by the way, the boss is very nice and friendly, and told me a lot of delicious and fun places to visit, and I will not experience such a delicious😋 and interesting place to eat and travel freely!Overall a great experience!!

Nice apartment with an awesome view. Secured building, with a clean pool and 24hr reception. Did not get to meet Alexander, but communication was easy. Located about 15 min walk to local plaza with currency exchange and shops and night food market. There are two beach cafes right next to the property's beach. good place, I recommend!

I stayed with kids, and we had a great time ! It's just as described, very convenient with all the amenities and 711s. The kids loved the pool and slide. The place really has everything you need ! The host was super responsive and helpful. The only thing is that Jomtien beach is not very clean, but you can visit Sai Kaew beach nearby which is amazing !

The room is suitable for families. Clean. Comfortable bed. Kitchen equipment available. If I have the chance, I will come back to stay again.

A bright, spacious, 2 bedroom apartment with modern shower room and fully equipped kitchen: kettle, toaster, combi- microwave/ grill and a full- sized oven. New 55” Smart TV and very fast internet. The balcony is big, full sized dining table and 4 chairs. The wall from living room to the balcony is all glass, with a good view with some distant sea glimpses. Very nice and well-kept swimming pool. A lovely little unspoiled beach 10 minutes walk at the end of the road (has many steps down to it). Friendly and helpful Apartment manager and cleaning and security staff. Set in a peaceful area in easy reach of Bang Sare and Ban Ampur. We hope to stay here again!

Luxury condo next to the beach. There is a water park and onsen. The room is like new and comfortable. The bedroom is separate. Wifi is good. The bathroom is clean. The water is strong. The air conditioning is fast. The kitchen can cook. There is an extra sofa bed. The location is good. The sea is beautiful. Watch the sunset. No noise at night. There is 24 hr security. The host was easy to get in touch with and friendly. Would love to come back and stay again.
