The very Best experience we've ever had in Pattaya. Perfect location. Luxury house with beautiful Jomtien Beach right in front for swim. It is in a luxury private Village, close to famous restaurants, cafes, shops, malls& attractions. House is privately gated+peaceful; &Village has 24hr security guards; we have small kids& felt safe, relaxed. Bedrooms & bathrooms so large & clean. Huge living rooms & communal areas for big group activities. With all amenities we need:washer, big fridges, TVs, fast Wifi, safe, cooking tools, water heater, bikes, etc. Pool is right in front of house& very nice +large, for small kids &adults. Host is friendly & honest. Available 24/7. Flexible check-in/out. We even forgot USD4,000 in the house: they immediately informed and drove 2 hrs to return to us! We've been to Pattaya many times, stayed in many places & can say that this house is by far the best value. With cheap price, we got a 5 star villa. Truly the best house in Pattaya. Highly recommend!

First things first. I again want to thank the host family for being yhe most friendly and welcoming Airbnb hosts ever. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place right on top of the ocean. The housr was so big and specious and the teracce/ balcony that was facing the water was equaly big. Everything is renovated newly and lovely. The hosts are so friendly. They have made breakfast for use brought over cakes and would allways try to help. Honestly all of us enjoyed our time here and would totally recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Yannick’s place. The house was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for traveling with a small child. Yannick was a great host, kind and very responsive. He prepared everything we needed, including a crib, baby bath, and changing table for our daughter — even more than we expected! The location is excellent — walkable to the beach and close to bars, perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening drink. I truly appreciated his hospitality and care. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pattaya!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-night stay at the Star Over Sea luxury space capsule in Sattahip. The futuristic design and attention to detail created a truly unique and comfortable experience. The panoramic views of the sea were breathtaking, and the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to the stay. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I highly recommend this space capsule for anyone seeking a memorable and out-of-this-world getaway.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Amazing ambience, spick and span, very good bar menu. Amazing location but taxi not easily available at all times , use grab app for taxi. We had a great time in the Villa. Thank you.

it's a beautiful place

Very nice condo in the Grand Florida building. A few steps to the beach with several options for good sunbirds etc And certainly a more quite and cleaner beach than Pattaya

she is the best host I had in the 6 years I use Airbnb. she's effective,great with communication. I didn't have a washer at first as soon as I told Jaruwan. she was on it and I got washer the next day. she is very helpful and shoulds and exhibit true Thai culture. this the host you should have .

It is a very good condo. The room is big. The pool is good. Easy to enter the building. The parking is a little low.

I stayed at the Condo 30 days. During all this time it was a quiet location and a very clean place. All the promised items that appear in the website, are indeed exists. The Wi-fi was perfect, the kitchen was well furnished. The Condo staff were great, and all my 5-6 requests were solved by Nikita (The direct manager of my Condo) very quickly and politely. 1 important thing that I can recommend for future guests who intend to be here for more than a week, motorbike is not enough. You should have a car.

The room was so outstanding, but the pool wasn't bigger than the picture, and there were a lot of things that weren't operated (slide, fountain?) There is a heated pool, so it was good to use it when it's cold. The room and host were so perfect

We had a wonderful stay in a new and functional home. The house was extremely clean and tidy. Our vacation was made even more enjoyable by the three pools of different sizes, a large gym, and a sauna. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being within walking distance to the beach was a great advantage. We stayed securely with our family; we had no concerns about safety. Having air conditioning in the living room and bedroom increased our comfort, and despite using it constantly, the electricity bill was very reasonable. We would definitely like to come again and highly recommend it to everyone!

perfect spot. many local seafood restaurants nearby. comfy beds, main floor balcony is steps from the beach. never saw anyone at the rooftop pool, amazing sunset views. -Host Takahiko is wonderful!

the location and amenities fabulous. we booked for 3, 3rd person had to sleep on floor, wasn't a pull-out lounge. items in room lacked, 1 bowl, 2 glasses, 3 plates, no mugs for tea or coffee. didn't really accom 3 people.
