Thanks to good infrastructure and central location, you are quickly in the city center or in the exhibition center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a balcony and is accessible by elevator. You can enjoy the spa park, the spa, or visit the theater. The city of Bad Hall offers many options. Ideal if your partner has a spa stay, attends a wedding (near the registry office), etc... Bicycles can be parked in the barrier-free basement compartment.
