Tout confort, il est situé dans un parc résidentiel sécurisé : piscine chauffée de juin à septembre, sauna et hamman des vacances de Pâques à Toussaint (hors repos du gardien). Citystade, balançoire et boulodrome disponibles à l’année. Une chambre avec 1 lit 160; une autre avec 2 lits superposés de 80x190 dont 1 convertible en 140 grâce à un lit gigogne pour enfants/ados.

Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.
