Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Our house is wooden, on the edge of a pine forest. The large main room of 80 m2 opens onto a magnificent terrace with a large heated pool (commissioned in May). A fully equipped studio as well as a separate bedroom complete the three beautiful bedrooms of the main house. Great place to enjoy ocean beaches (15 min drive), lakefronts (15 min bike ride) and forest walks on foot or by bike next to the house.
