The location of the Cup and Saucer is fantastic. It’s close to the beach and an easy, safe walk to food and shopping. Don’t hesitate to book.

Great place, very walkable to restaurants and shops. It was very clean and clutter free inside. Nice view of the river. The hosts were very helpful with instructions about the property. I would recommend this place, and I would go back the next time I am in Sagatuck.

I just love Eagle Lake, it's so beautiful and peaceful out there. The cottage offers a stunning view of the lake from its deck. Stephaney has kayaks and paddle boats available while you are staying there. Keeps the kids entertained for sure. Will definitely stay there again!!

The place was awesome. Very clean and had everything that we needed. Close drive to the beach, shops and many great restaurants. Highly recommend this unit.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

This was by far the nicest Air B&B we’ve ever stayed in! Great value, very clean, nice amenities and a very comfortable bed. We’ll definitely return when we’re in the area visiting family. Thanks for providing us with a great place to stay. The pontoon rental next door was also a hit with our granddaughters!

Great little place. We had issues with the ac unit the first day (probably the first time the air has been on for the season since it was unusually warm outside) but host was responsive and resolved the issue to the best of their ability. Beds are super comfortable and my daughter loved the bunk bed. Right in the center of town and unbeatable views.

This unit was very comfortable and very spacious. It really has everything you need - towels galore, pool and beach amenities (chairs,noodles,cooler,etc), cleaning products, extra mirrors, cords, kitchen stuff - even those toiletries that you might have forgotten. The beds and bedding were very comfortable which is always lovely on a vacation! Patricia was so easy to work with and always answered my questions quickly. The pool was nicely heated and clean. The beach was mostly deserted so I felt like it was my private beach! The walkway down to the beach is paved and renting the golf cart made it even more of an adventure to go up and down that hill! I plan to be back!

Me and my family were very pleased with the place and Michelle thank you very much for everything. We will be back.

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

Jennifer’s home was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared in every way. It was the perfect place for our family getaway. The kids had an incredible time and are still talking about all the fun they had. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend staying here—thank you, Jennifer, for being such a wonderful host!

Beautiful views right on the coast of Lake Michigan. The place feels very cared for and has lots of great nooks to retreat to and just relax. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Fair warning there are a lot of steps (my kids counted 169 to be exact) to get down to the beach but that didn’t deter us from going and the beach felt very private - we were literally the only ones there. It did limit our ability to send the kids without us for the younger ones which was fine but something to note if you were hoping to just watch them from the porch. We ate out pretty much the whole trip - highly recommend the Copper Pot and the cute market next door to it (pick out a charcuterie board from the cheese lady!). Overall a lovely trip! Thanks for having us!

Peaceful getaway on Macatawa Bay in a gorgeous and very spacious house. Full of great equipment. Ideal location and the view on the Marina is stunning.

The house was so beautiful and the view was breathtaking! Everything was clean and felt like they thought of everything from complimentary body wash, soap, shampoo and laundry soap to coffee, marshmallow sticks and beach towels. We lacked for nothing while there. All of the appliances were nice and worked perfectly. I was worried that the steps to the beach would be exhausting but it felt great and got my heart rate up the perfect amount. lol There are good restaurants in South Haven. Our favorites were Maria’s, Clementines and Six Chicks. It was a great trip with family and we would do it again!

This was meant to be. We wanted a spot near Saugatuck to take our team on a retreat. This location was booked solid except for the weekend we were looking for! It had enough beds and looked like it would be a beautiful place to spoil our team. The photos did not lie! It was perfect. This is a beautiful and peaceful property. We enjoyed local water foul, including a young bald eagle who had breakfast with us! We enjoyed the property greatly. We ended up with 6 people who all had a great time. Adam was very helpful with the check-in process and gave great instructions. Everything was lovely. Within the first 5 minutes, we were already trying to figure out when we would be back! Thank you, Adam, for providing a great place for our team to enjoy each other and get some downtime.

We loved our stay at the holiday hill! We wanted a quick getaway for just My husband and I, and this was the perfect spot. Cozy, close to everything, immaculately cleaned, renovated, we loved it so much! We will definitely be back

Great place, great location, easy to walk almost everywhere. The private beach was great. Patio and pool were well maintained and peaceful. Only downside is lots of stairs but really great place would stay there again for sure.

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

The location was absolutely perfect!!! Couldn’t find a better spot. 1 mile walk along the channel the entire time to the beach and all we had to do was walk out the front door for food and drinks. Short walk to EVERYTHING. My only complaint is that we decided not to turn on the air because it was cool at night and felt we didn’t need to but it got sooo hot in the bedroom. Our fault though, we should’ve just turned on the air conditioning. Nice cozy place to stay for our weekend getaway!

Kim’sBeautiful spot by the Kalamazoo River was super clean and so relaxing! Watching the boats/river traffic go by on the shared deck was ideal! The renovated space is beautiful and provided many amenities. Our stay was after Labor Day, so the chain fairy was not operating. This made for a bit of a drive to the main part of Saugatuck proper, but very easy traffic and many many wonderful restaurants to choose from! Saugatuck is very walkable with lots of eclectic shopping and tasty spots to eat! We enjoyed the fantastic climb up to Mt Baldy- a must see!! And exquisite Oval Beach is just a very short drive/hike to see the sunset or enjoy that irreplaceable Michigan shoreline! What a gem of a spot!!

We absolutely loved this place and our stay. The lake views were more beautiful than the photos could show, the chalet is comfortable and well-stocked, and there was so much to do in the community that we didn't even scratch the surface. We loved the beach area which wasn't crowded at all, even on Labor Day weekend. We drove in to St. Joseph for dinner and to go to ur favorite shops - super easy drive. The walk to the beach was so short we didn't even take a lunch out there, just popped up to the house whenever we needed a restroom break or a snack. We never needed to contact Ben but got plenty of communication beforehand and the manual in the house provided info of how to text him if we needed to. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
