The Post Cabin

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Relax with family/friends in quiet surroundings. Beach volleyball court, fire pit and hot tub. Short distance to Bø Sommarland (20 min) and First Camp Norsjø with funicular for wakeboard etc. (5 min). Living room, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Extra bed (a little shorter) in the living room + 2 loose mattresses. Bed sheets and towels are brought or rented outside (100,- per set). The tenant does the cleaning himself. Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness that offers hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, cross-country skiing, and Kongsberg and Gausta ski centers nearby. The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Dette er en hybel med egen inngang, fullt bad og god seng. Fem minutters rolig rusling tar deg opp til Campus Notodden, Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt.
