There are great opportunities for outdoor activities both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Micro cabin Kronen with lovely views and beach

In the Kronen micro cabin, you can cozy up outside by the fire pit. You can also spend the evening watching the stars from the bedroom. The cabin has an annex with a small double bed that slopes inwards, perfect if you like it small and intimate. Toilet is in connection with the annex. There is a cozy shared kitchen Smia on site where you will find everything you need for cooking. We have our own beach and offer canoe and paddleboard rental. We also have activities such as archery, axe throwing and air rifle shooting.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Peaceful cottage idyll

For those who like to be in peaceful surroundings, with bathing water and pier. Approx. 500 meters to walk from the parking lot. 12V systems for lights with solar cell, gas for cooking and refrigerator, as well as water tap for drinking/cooking (tank 100 l.) There are possibilities for internet, but can be unstable. There is one bedroom with 6 beds plus living room and kitchen in open plan. It is approx. half an hour to drive to Bø Sommerland (waterpark for kids/families). Rowing boat included.
