Apartment holiday rentals in Sauris

Um statt Flachland auch mal ein paar Höhenmeter zu fahren hatten wir die Wohnung für einen Rennradurlaub im Mai gebucht. An den drei Tagen, an denen das Wetter dsehr gut mitspielte, haben wir es als perfekten Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebige Touren empfunden. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber, grundsetzlich alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt auch um sich vernünftig selbst zu vesorgen (Nur der Ofen ist eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, was allerdings nur wür Kochnerds, wie mich mal problematisch sein könnte) Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen, obwohl wir auch absolut unkompliziert alleine hätten einchecken können. Bei Rückfragen war stets eine schnelle un dfreundliche Antwort parat. Wir hätten gern dort die ganzen 8 Nächte verbracht, was jedoch aufgrund von einsetzendem Dauerregen und Schneefall mit dem Hinterrund Rennrad fahren zu wollen wenig sinnvoll erschien. Insgesamt jedoch sehr zu empfehlen.

This apartment exceeded expectations and the host was responsive to all our queries and needs. The spacious rooms were spotlessly clean with up to the minute amenities. I would not hesitate to recommend this listing to anyone either visiting in summer as we had done or winter as it will serve as an excellent lodge. Just note that a little tricky in locating it as Google Maps did not quite get the exact location however not an issue as the host was immediately available to assist. A magnificent location with to die for views. We will seek this apartment out again next time we visit.

Gabriela was a wonderful and kind host! We really enjoyed our stay in her beautiful and especially well-equipped apartment. The breakfast selection was excellent, with something for every taste. The terrace is lovely and shady, making it perfect for relaxing outside during the day, we also loved having our dinners there. A special mention goes to the cleanliness of the apartment, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. There’s plenty to do in the area, and we especially enjoyed swimming in the river. We can definitely recommend staying here!

Ich hatte eine tolles WE in der Unterkunft. Wenn ich das nächste mal in den Dolomiten bin komme ich bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben wundervolle 6 Tage in Südtirol verbracht und mit dem Chalet Rueper Hof den perfekten Rückzugsort für unseren Aufenthalt gefunden. Die überwältigende Aussicht, die sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sowie die Gastfreundschaft von Bettina (und Oswald) haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Das optional buchbare Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet und sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders fehlen werden uns auch die täglichen Streicheleinheiten bei den hofeigenen Ziegen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo appartamento nuovo, spazioso, pulito, silenzioso e centralissimo. È stato un soggiorno perfetto, Patrick puntuale e disponibile, e poi ha accolto anche il nostro bassotto... possiamo solo consigliarlo!!!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le cadre est très agréable, entre montagnes et animaux de la ferme. Andreas est super réactif, propose des produits maison très bons et accessibles de manière journalière. Le logement était très propre, fonctionnel et très agréable également. Nous recommandons vivement d’y séjourner!

Die Architektur des Hauses, das Styling und die Aufteilung der Ferienwohnung waren exquisit. Das schwarze Haus fügt sich gut in die Landschaft ein und sticht angenehm hervor. Die Einrichtung (vor allem die Küche, das Sofa und das Schlafzimmer) waren qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Überall war es blitzsauber. Man fühlte sich sofort zuhause. Das lag auch an der freundlichen Gastgeberin Monika, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllte. Sie versteckte sogar ein Osternest für uns, das fanden wir sehr schön. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, gab uns viele Tipps. Die Waschmaschine und den Trockner durften wir auch benutzen. Der Kaffee aus der Bialetti-Maschine schmeckte hervorragend. Die Aussicht auf das Kloster Neustift sowie die umliegenden Berge, Apfelplantagen und Weinberge ist einfach umwerfend. Es gibt sogar eine Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Dolomiten, nach Bozen, Meran oder an den Gardasee. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Close walk to the water, no view of the lake from the house but that’s ok because the space is sparklingly clean. You get a covered garage to park and a very clean laundry room to do your laundry!!! Some cleaning fairy even did our wash we found out when we went to go start our load, and had put it on the drying rack like a professional. Thank you!

Die sehr saubere Unterkunft entspricht dem Inserat und die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Das ruhige Dorf bietet nicht sehr viel, jedoch viel Ruhe und Erholung. Wir können die Unterkunft vom hilfsbereiten Matteo weiterempfehlen.

The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

Perfect location right in the center, but quiet as it is away from the road. Close to a large car park so very easy to drop and pickup guests. All shops and restaurants / bars are walking distance. Having an elevator is convenient, the small terras is good to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Sufficient space in the apartment.

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

The view from this apartment is breathtaking and what sold us on the place! My husband and I really enjoyed staying here and the luxurious touches. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, hikes. Has all the necessities and is as shown in the pictures. There are other units beside and upstairs which made it less private however still a great stay overall.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen renovierten alten Bauernhaus in ländlicher Umgebung und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick über die blühenden Obstwiesen auf die Berge war beeindruckend. Isi hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und bei allen Anliegen sofort geholfen. Man kann entweder direkt vom Haus aus los wandern oder nach kurzer Fahrt tolle Touren machen. Die Region bietet so viel, dass wir nur einen kleinen Eindruck davon bekommen konnten. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und hatten sehr schöne und erholsame Tage!

Great place, host was very kind and answers our every question. We were on our honeymoon and received proseco and rose petals.Beautyfull view from the balcony, well equipped. We will come back here for sure.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Giulios place offered such a peaceful and restoring getaway in the Dolomites. Provided amenities such as the washer/dryer, jacuzzi bath, and full kitchen made such a difference after a long day of hiking. Giulio was always available for communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Great affordable stay to be surrounded by the beautiful Italian mountains!

I proprietari sono persone molto cordiali e gentili. L’alloggio è immerso nella natura, circondato da alberi e prati verdi e si respira un'atmosfera di tranquillità e pace. La piscina all’aperto un vero gioiellino ed abbiamo apprezzato anche le aree comuni dove si può mangiare all’aperto o rilassarsi con un buon libro. Anche se lontano dal caos, è in una posizione ottima per raggiungere e visitare Asolo e i comuni limitrofi.

Não temos palavras para descrever o quanto amamos nos hospedar no apartamento de Hannes e Claudia. Desde o primeiro contato aqui, sempre solícitos, simpáticos e atenciosos. Ao chegarmos Hannes nos recebeu e além de apresentar o apartamento, nos deu dicas do que fazer na região, apresentou onde ficava supermercado, padaria e passeios (tudo muito perto). Estamos impressionados positivamente com a limpeza do local e além disse do modo como Hannes e Claudia pensaram em absolutamente tudo (tinha talheres, panelas, banheira quente…) um local super completo. Com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes e indicaremos para nossos amigos e familiares. Obrigada pela excelente estadia. Fizeram da nossa viagem ainda mais incrível!

Vilma hat uns persönlich bei ihrer Unterkunft empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist quasi ein Zubau an ihr eigenes Haus. Davon merkt man aber eigentlich nichts. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz, einen eigenen Zugang ein eigens Stiegenhaus usw. Sie hat uns alle selbst gezeigt und war wirklich sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war auch wirklich super. Stolvizza selbst eignet sich auch gut, um dort Wanderungen zu starten, da es von vielen Bergen umgeben ist. Wir haben dort nur eine Nacht verbracht, da wir auch Durchreise waren. Unser Aufenthalt bei Vilma war aber trotzdem ein tolles Erlebnis. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wunderbares Chalet in der Nähe von Alta Badia. Perfekt dekoriert und wunderschön eingerichtet. Meine Kinder und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Laura's apartment was in a fantastic location with mountain & valley views all around. There was also easy, walking access to the local grocery store, other shops & restaurants. Many of the gondolas to different parts of the mountain spaces are a few minute's walk from the apartment. We had a few questions during our stay & Laura often responded within minutes of messages sent. Weather was very rainy during our visit but we still got in many hikes.
