Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

My Mountain Destination

We stayed with Daniela and her family for 9 days in the apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is truly one of a kind. You immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is modern, with nice furniture and good taste. The large windows make the apartment bright and you have a magnificent view of the mountains. There is also a spacious terrace with the possibility to eat and relax. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower (rain shower) and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Daniela is an excellent hostess; we were surprised with a great breakfast, on arrival there was coffee and cake to welcome us. We were also provided with the summer card and recommendations. It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you, Daniela

We absolutely loved our stay with Alex and Brooke. The Airbnb is tucked away in a relatively remote spot, which gave us peaceful mountain views and quiet atmosphere that we were looking for in a weekend getaway. At the same time, it was super convenient to get groceries and breakfast supplies, thanks to Alex providing us with a list of items we could pre-order through him — everything from fresh bakery goods to general groceries. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the garden sauna. It had a stunning view, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — we were even provided with a little basket containing robes and towels, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and relaxing. They also put together a great list of recommended hiking routes, which we really appreciated, even though it was a bit too chilly for us to head out on the trails this time. But we can definitely recommend a visit to the nearby Aqua Dome!

Great place to stay with family or friends on a ski or summer vacation! If you want to rent a ski, it's right next door and the bus stop to the Hochötz or Kühtai ski resort is right around the corner, just great!
