Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! Beautiful apartment for two people with spacious bedroom/living room, kitchen with table and chairs and bathroom with shower/toilet and window. Free Wi-Fi. Ski room with ski boot dryer. The QUELLALPIN with pool, fitness, spa is only 150 m away. Our guests have exclusive FREE admission to the swimming pool & fitness center in winter (October to May), in summer our guests receive a 50% discount. The local tax of €3.50 per person (from 16 years)/night is NOT included in the rental price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

The large apartment at the beginning of the Ötztal Valley can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The tiled stove in the large living room provides a unique feeling of well-being. Separate bathroom/toilet. The large terrace invites you to relax. Two free parking spaces are available. The center of Ötz and Hochötz ski resort is a 5-minute drive, and Sölden is about 30 minutes away. Pets allowed, additional cost per pet per day: 10 euros

Very nice apartment, outskirts in Flaurling, Tyrol

The apartment is located in a quiet outskirts of Flaurling in the middle of the countryside. Garden use (table, chairs, sunbathing lawn, basketball hoop, soccer goal) in the area of the guest apartment. Free parking is available in front of the house. The village of Telfs with a climbing center, year-round ice rink, indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as sauna is only about 4 km away. The nearest ski resorts and the state capital of Innsbruck can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

Self-contained apartment for up to 4 people

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Easy access by train, bus, and car to skiing at over 20 resorts. Ötztal Bahnhof is a major train stop with connections to all of Europe, just a 5 minute walk away. Hiking from the front door, mountain biking and road biking from the front door, rafting adventures on the Inn River and the Ötztaler Ache. Walking distance to area 47.
