Cottage in the heart of La Brière

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.
