Quiet, 10 min from the Circuit

Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from the city center of Le Mans, 10 min from the 24-hour circuit and 5 min from the European Horse Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).

Country cottage with swimming pool (15 km from Le Mans)

We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

La Petite Maison is the old flour attic of the adjoining mill where we live. It welcomes you in a peaceful setting, shared with our 3 goats and our 2 Ouessant sheep. You will enjoy the gentle melody of the water that runs in the headrace along the enclosed garden at your exclusive disposal. Ideally located, the Petite Maison is an oasis of calm after busy days. We also offer boxes for your horses at an additional cost.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
