La baita si trova in una posizione unicamente isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile, un equilibrio raro che regala privacy assoluta senza rinunciare alla comodità. Intorno, solo il bosco, il profumo della resina e una vista mozzafiato che si apre sulle montagne come un quadro che cambia con le stagioni. È un luogo che accoglie, calma e invita a ritrovare tempo e spazio per sé e per chi si ama.

In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nella natura ideale, per famiglie o coppie in cerca di relax e romantica intimità. Vista sulle montagne della Valchiavenna, con ampi prati ad uso giardino. Ciclabile a pochi metri, possibilità di numerose escursioni, 10 minuti da Chiavenna, 30 minuti dal Lago di Como e dalla Ski Area Valchiavenna.
