Relax in the small hamlet of Riom in our Tga Franzestg, just a few kilometres from Savognin. The perfect place for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Swiss Parc Ela Nature Park. The interiors are warm and cosy, renovated in 2023, preserving characteristic 17th century wooden elements, combined with modern elements in natural iron and designer furniture. The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Our house in the woods is a typical masonry building that was renovated in the spring of 2019. An oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. Bike path a few meters away, numerous excursion possibilities, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna Ski Area.
