It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor. It's a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside.

Our apartment is located in a village called Alberi near Savudrija in Istria, known as the Skipper resort. The 18-course professional pitch, with a total length of 6,360 meters, spans 80 acres of land along PAR 72, an interesting field layout for players of all skill levels. Situated in an area of ​​interesting topographies, overlooking the vineyard and olive grove, and the spectacular scenery, they give players a unique feeling of golf with stunning views.

Marinavita - a floating house

At the more exclusive end of the pontoon, in the renowned yacht marina of Portoroz, floats Marinavita. Awake with the sun slanting through the bed room window. Throw open the curtains and watch the yachts - just meters away from you - going for a sail. Open the sun shades on the roof terrace and have breakfast enjoying the 360° view. Do centra mesta Piran (Tartinijev trg) je 15 minut hoje (900m), do Bernardina 2,4 km. Dostop do Pirana je mogoč 4 x dnevno tudi z lokalnim avtobusom.

These appartment in ground floor with garden is located in the centre of the oldest part of Piran, Punta, on first line near the sea. I like the tuch of history in every wall of these old house, were we found inscriptions in stone as old as from 1663.
