Vila Louka

It is a cultural monument from the end of the 18th century. We most often rent the villa for weddings, events, teambuilding or other celebrations. The accommodation capacity is for about 50 people in seven bedrooms, on mattresses or sofa beds in the attic. The villa has a stylish lounge and a beautiful bar with a jukebox, fireplace and piano. There is also a beautiful historic ballroom connected to an outdoor spacious terrace. We have a beautiful swimming pond with a pier, which serves as one of several ceremonial places on the property.

You can relax from everyday worries in a spacious and quiet accommodation. Nature is at your fingertips and you can walk to the nearby town to the Basilica of St. Zdislava or to a pastry shop, café, restaurant or shop at Norma or Penny. Great possibility of trips to the surrounding area with a range of 15 km. 1 km away is the well of St. Zdislava and Lemberk Castle. In summer, a natural swimming pool or a pond 200 meters away. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing or downhill skiing on 25 km of slopes in Liberec and ČL

TinyHousebeiDresden - our largest tiny house

This tiny house is beautifully situated between two small natural ponds and features a spacious terrace with a grill and wood stove. It is surrounded by horse paddocks, an open stable within view, and the Hexenburg riding facility nearby. The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Two sleeping lofts with double beds accommodate up to five guests, and the sofa area can be converted into an additional sleeping space.

Chalupa Bařinka

Cottage Bařinka is a house from the 16th century. It is located in the valley of the village in a quiet place with a view of the forests. You can relax in our pub and have a beer, sit with family or friends while your children sleep peacefully. The area is separate. Or in the garden, go for a walk around the area or read in the library. Enjoy a bike ride on the nearby trail. There is an outdoor grill and an open fire. You can take a trip to the countryside or to the lake. In winter, skiing.

This unique location guarantees peace, relaxation or active recreation. The house was formerly inhabited by local hunters. A few years ago, it was completely renovated and expanded. There is a small lake and the "Flössel" stream. In winter, the house in the forest is the starting point for ski hikes through the surrounding landscape conservation area.

The house is on the border of the Czech Switzerland National Park and within a short distance to the towns of Děčín/Česká Kamenice. The place has an extensive garden with barbecue facilities, relaxation and outdoor seating outdoors. At a distance of 4 km in the neighboring village there is a beautiful 9-hole golf course.
