The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, very clean and beautiful. There's really nothing missing. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, invite you to relax. You are surrounded by mountain villages and forests, but also quickly down by the sea, the perfect mix. Nice nearby getaways. Rosanna and her mother are super host, very helpful, friendly and loving. We also very quickly found connection to the neighborhood and the villagers. For us the perfect holiday and we will definitely go back.

Arriving at the address indicated, we were greeted by Mrs. Maria, who was friendly and nice. The location is easy to get to and easy to access. House in front of the town square that offers everything you need for a peaceful stay. We found ourselves with the patron saint's festival that took place throughout the day of November 1, from 10 am until evening, with activities and lunch in the square, a small musical show, markets, roasted chestnuts and delicious crepes. The house is clean, cozy and equipped with all the comforts, we felt right at home. The nearby landscapes are magnificent and the quick and easy access to the "sinnica" allows you to get almost anywhere. In short, a pleasant stay dedicated to relaxation and the authentic and genuine flavors that only a territory like Basilicata can offer. In love with this beautiful land, if we were to return to the area, we would choose Gina and her mother Maria again.

The place is beautiful! We stayed in this villa for a part of our wedding trip) The house is entire, it's not an apartment. The terrace with a great view was all for us. So, it's very quiet, high up and nearby there are restaurants where you can eat from God! At home there is everything, the housekeeper Mr. Pino is very kind, anything you can solve with him. He also found us the dentist for my husband, who in the first days as the married man had problems with his tooth))) There's also the garden where I found some lemons and they're great! The sea is beautiful! Sometimes it changes the color and becomes phosphorescent, it is beautiful to see it and even from above you can see it perfectly and you can hear the noise of the sea! Seeing the sunsets from home is very romantic! Place is to come back and recommend!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience. House beyond expectations... a villa in the quietest area of Praia a Mare and close to the most beautiful beaches... The house is beautiful. Very spacious, equipped with all the comforts. Very comfortable beds. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Very spacious bedrooms. Despite the period, the heat was not affected by the period because the house is very cool. Large living room with terrace with beautiful sea view. Parking lot in the cool. Large garden and plenty of relaxation space. Impeccable cleanliness. Great communication with Francesca and check-in that makes you feel right at home. I really recommend it to everyone. Lovely large apartment with parking at the door, full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath and private terrace in Viggianello, in the Pollino national park. We were very comfortable in Francesco's apartment, Francesco was always available if we had questions. Francesco is a very welcoming host, we look forward to visiting Viggianello again and will be happy to book Francesco's apartment again.

Massimo’s apartment is located in a lovely old city of Vibonato: close to beaches and many other attractive towns in Campania. The flat has a lovely design, and Massimo is a wonderful host: ready to answer all of our questions and give some advices. The balcony is small, but you still can enjoy breakfast with your partner. The apartment is located in a block of flats, on the top floor. We self-checked in and were welcomed by friendly neigbors. We highly recommend Ma’Uamma restaurant in the town, it was GREAT. We stayed for one night while on the road. Everything is as advertised. Everything you need. Clean, tidy. A very friendly host met us and showed us everything. Recommended.

To all those who do not know the Borgo di Torterella: do not wait any longer! ;) We promised each other we'd come back. We covered 778 km in 12 days, enjoying the wonders of Sapri, Scario, Palinuro, Policastro, Maratea, Marina di Camerota, Marina di Pisciotta and the Cilento National Park (Capelli di Venere waterfalls, a beauty to be admired in person) and the Borgo as a base: starting the day in that place is fantastic, but ending it, well... simply divine! Peace and serenity on everything! Warning: this review is not suitable for those who expect to find the sea and social life at their beck and call! And now that we have met him, we can say it: what Mondo would be without Tortorella?;)

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Venezuela. Sandro checked on us during our stay and also left us a welcome basket which was very kind and appreciated. From the covered balcony you can see the mountains with an unobstructed view of the Maratea Christ Redeemer Statue and on the other side are beautiful sea views. The sunsets are spectacular! The villa is within walking distance (280 m) to a great little coffee shop, Amadeus Lounge Bar, where we had an aperitif and cappuccino. The road is busy but we were not too bothered by it. The house is large and comfortably appointed. We did go to Fiumicello Beach and the Marina but unlike other reviewers we would not recommend walking to either. The roads are very narrow, without sidewalks and are quite busy with traffic and busses. Both had free parking available. We would definitely stay there again.

Rossella, the host, is very kind and always available. The apartment is very nice, much more than in photos. The area is beautiful, quiet and perfect for walking in the harbor area, close to many restaurants. I highly recommend having a car or other means of transportation just to enjoy the area due to lack of public transportation outside of July and August.

The accommodation was in a quiet neighborhood. The house is large and comfortable, clean, on a second floor by stairs. It had everything you needed to spend a beautiful vacation!!!! The host Antonio was very kind and cordial. The day we arrived, it was raining and he picked us up by car. Grazie mille, Antonio!!!!

It was as wonderful as when we visited the villa for the first time back in 2015. We had great holidays.

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

We stayed for a week with our 3 teenagers in Fabio's house for a week. We were very well hosted, the house is in Cirella (townhouse 5 min from the beach so a little noise at certain times but you get used to it). The house is well-equipped with all the necessities which avoids buying everything when you arrive. Had a great vacation!

We spent a week in August at Villa Florio in Maratea and were extremely satisfied. The house is very nice, well divided and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The outdoor spaces are immersed in a well-kept green area, with a beautiful holm oak in the south. Here, you can enjoy breakfast from the sea or relax in the sun in total privacy, all accompanied by an enchanting view of the Gulf of Policastro and breathtaking sunsets. We highly recommend Villa Florio not only for the beauty and uniqueness of the place, but also for the kindness and hospitality of Maria Teresa and her partner, who made our stay even more special. Maratea and Basilicata are lovely places, and this villa is the perfect starting point to discover them.

We were very happy with our experience!!! The view from the terrace alone is worth a vacation. Beautiful!!!!! The house, perhaps more 70s than we expected, is still very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary comforts, from the dishwasher to the washing machine, to the linen and everything you need to cook. Impeccable cleanliness. Completely immersed in nature, with a garden full of flowers and plants of all kinds, among pine and oak trees, with the company of squirrels and the song of cicadas, it is the perfect place for a holiday away from the noise and, if like us, you are looking for relaxation. The kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Maria Antonietta were absolute!!!!! Thank you so much for everything and we really hope to come back!!!!!!!!!!
