Artist's House is situated in the charming medieval village of Maranola overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta. A beautiful garden between mountains and sea; a room carved into the rock. One hour by train and car from Napoli and Roma. Please note: we don’t have self check-in, because we like to meet and welcome you in person. Therefore the check-in times is strict and only possible in the afternoon between 3 and 8pm. We can try to accommodate different times of requested fairly in advance. Thank you

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Livingapple - STRONG

There are four bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and a family bathroom. The Master and VIP bedrooms are garden facing, opening on to a balcony which runs along the whole width of the house. The whole house is equipped with DVB-S (free world sat) TV and WIFI. The charming village of Scauri, is only short walk away. The kitchen has all the conveniences a guest could want, including, microwave, oven, grill and fireplace and can accomodate up to 11 people.

Everything is easily accessible on foot in a few minutes: the beach is both free and equipped, pastry shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias. Strategic location between Rome and Naples with hourly train connections. I provide you with a prepaid coupon to park for free in the blue stripes in the large square a few meters from the house.

The Blue House - parking space included

We were guests of the blue house in the first 15 days of August. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Agata, a discreet, sociable person who was very attentive to meeting our every request. The apartment is brand new, very clean and equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, iron). The house is a few meters from the sea, where there are equipped beaches on beaches with golden sand and crystal clear sea. Scauri is a happy situation, which allows you to easily reach the Pontine Islands and nearby towns (Gaeta, Formia, Sperlonga). Stay more than recommended, to everyone, young and old!

I was in this structure with two of my friends. Mr. Rinaldo's hospitality and availability was impeccable. The room, very cozy, has a very nice and relaxing hot tub. The ceiling also has finishes that reproduce some constellations that can also be left on. We had a great time. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Simonetta is a really friendly and very attentive person, always available and available. The apartment is not missing anything, it has everything, comfortable beds and pillows. Feels like home. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away and close to all amenities. Parking space in the building. What else you want!!!

Alessandro is a great host. The apartment is modern, clean and right in front of the sea. He has lemon trees in his backyards and he gave me three before leaving. He also gave me great advice on the future stops on my trip. Great experience. Great price. Thank you for your hospitality.
