A little "country side" park surrounds the house, which we share with chickens and ducks. (Your kids will love them). -It is the perfect family place (up to 6/ may be 8 people) - for going to Munich, the alpes and lakes. - also very cosy if you are looking for a very romantic place of two .

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich City or the Alps. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

Detached wooden house in a very quiet location

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
