It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

We offer you a beautiful vacation home in a quiet location, about 8 km away from the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz. Both bedrooms have their own outdoor access. Friendly apartment with sun terrace near the Baltic Sea beach - ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located in our house (separate entrance) in a quiet residential area in Pelzerhaken. Beach, bakery, supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance (about 300 m). The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a south-facing terrace.

The apartment is located in an idyllic thatched cottage with lake views. The house is located on a spacious property on the edge of the Prinzenholz. The decor is friendly and bright. Biking and hiking trails start right at your doorstep, and canoe rental and swimming facilities are close by. The apartment has its own sun terrace and garden area. Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you can always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to it is our horse meadow.
